Try rolling the lemon on the counter to loosen the juice, then put the lemon in skin side up in the juicer. That should allow more juice to come out when you squeeze it.

It's Kewpie mayo which is a Japanese mayo. It's made with egg yolks instead of whole eggs, which makes it very creamy. It is also seasoned differently than most Western mayo.
