It's a high-rise apartment with a very nice view. As you said the night view is beautiful, I think you can understand it. Even in the middle-rise room, the view on the riverside is wonderful. After all the penthouse is wonderful. I enjoyed it till the end.👍

Banyantree lower floor view would be nicer because you can’t see the river view at high floors. 6:04 Four seasons had the best river view.

What about condos for rent that are more on the outskirts of the city with rents for about 1200 to 1400 per month USD.

When it comes to water views, a lower- to mid-level floor is best, at least to me. If it's all just city buildings, then higher is better.
