Thanks brother I always learn alot from u keep doing that great job bro please help me where can i get vaccines for goats around masindi district please I need your help or recommendation to the supplier
Thank you Lad Mixed farm. 10 acres is still very big land, I request that you guide me on how i can do profitable goat farming using one Acre of land under zero grazing
Honestly I would be a gd person to share abt my experience cozi am doing zero grazing on 1 and half acres of land and am adding 2 heifers already..... remember passion is a key in farming
With hay you cut and dry the grass then store it. For silage, you chop the pasture when it's still fresh and mix it with mollases a d you place it in a food back, burry it in the ground for preservation and feed your animals
I don't see anything exceptional here. 150 goats can comfortably be kept on 10 acres free range, at a rate of 15 goats per acre. If the land has plenty of shrubs, it can even accommodate UpTo 20 goats per acre free range. There is a farmer, @Amigo Farms, that's keeping 50 goats on just one acre, with the pastures, housing, staff quarters all on that one acre. You can check his Channel out.
Good job, keep it up. I will certainly get in touch with you when my savings account for a goat farming project are ready 😊

I have seen that. But remember 150 goats will give about 400 goat kids in 13 months. You need to keep that in mind.
I find his estimations more realistic for scaling
