Catwalk inside Super Duper mart: Fallout 76 tutorial

Tutorial on how to add stairs and catwalks inside the super duper mart. Small disclaimer: with the floating catwalk technique (blueprint 2 catwalks on a wall and then a rug), you can just add the catwalks inside the mart without further issue, but if you want stairs, you need to do this.
