Hey Natasha I've been following you and I'm a fun of your work I'm an aspiring medical student and want to be a real estate dealer what does it take Thank you
That was a great interview Mr Mungo is full of quotables. It would be great to have him on regularly to give insight into commercial letting in Lusaka.
Very good. I use my own property and its very secure. I specialised in professionals like medical doctors, nurses, teachers, health workers. Medical practitioners book a lot because my property is 5 minutes drive to the Manor Hospital. I have TVs, kettle, books library in each room, and more. Our rating is 4.78 stars and we are super hosts. Per room we average £1002.00 per month. A very good income. I recommend Airbnb to both Zambians in Zambia and those in Diaspora. Easy money. Well done Natasha for this interview. I like gentleman's focus and innovation. Congrates. When in Zambia I would like to meet him and his company. Dr John Lukomona
This is my favourite comment because I've learnt something new - you can specialise with Airbnb as you have done. This is a great strategy 👌 making you a great income. Thanks for sharing and being willing to teach others 🙏
Slept in an Airbnb room for the first time in 2015. That is when I found out you could rent out a room in your family house. Something to think about for those are thinking of some extra income.
Enjoyed watching this insightful video. Patrick is a treasure trove of innovative ideas and inspiration and you young lady asked all the relevant questions. Thank you!🤩
Every half descent entrepreneur knows about creating multiple sources of income, the billionaires are into all sorts of businesses. Its a biblical concept actually Ecclesiastes 11:6 - Sow your seed in the morning, and at evening let your hands not be idle, for you do not know which will succeed, whether this or that, or whether both will do equally well. Having said all that, you are doing a great job mate..your standards are high which is key to keep international clients coming to your properties. I have subscribed. I am building a couple of flats on the Copperbelt with this vision in mind. Thanks for the video. I thought you would mention how you started building your villas?.
You are such an internet troll obsessed with disputing Zambian's heritage who are freely sharing their information on TH-cam. Get a life! You must be so bitter and angry within yourself. If you follow this classy, intelligent woman on her platforms, you will realise she studied law in England and an accent alters when you've been abroad for a time. She has stated she is born and bred in Lusaka and she is married. Did you ever think perhaps it's her husband's surname? Even if it wasn't, who cares??? She is sharing valuable information for free to other Zambians both at home and abroad. If it bothers you so much, since you think you're the only true Zambian in existence, why don't you get online and share your information to assist others at this high standard??
Would you use your property as an AirBnB?
If that’s question is for me, the answer is absolutely, l really wanna give it a go, that’s why your video inspired me so much.
