Sir,the 3rd option to princely states was independent state.There was no mention of plebiscite as the 3rd option. And this is the crux of Pakistan problem of Kashmir. Also recall invasion of Kashmir tribes supported by Pakistan army on Mr Jinnah's orders in 1947after 15 August 1947.

When knowledge is used in the wrong way.....before Mulas and now such educated divert ppl twisting truth put there thoughts agenda .......He just want to show Bharat in bad light then teaching Truth.( Kashmir issue ) .....I hope Pakistan ppl grow up and find truth for themselves. Wrong, Kashmir was different than other indian states and there was 3 Options for Kashmir independence one of the option. First of all UN resolution is Non binding so plebiscite will never happen. Kashmir's 2/3 majority was not needed, bcoz the assembly had got dissolved and Governors rule was placed in the state, in that case Governor acts as a state and can give a go ahead. Hence Indian Supreme court allowed the order constitutionally. As far as breach of shimla agreement it was Pakistan first who Unilaterally changed the status by allowing China to build CPEC road on the disputed territory of Kashmir without taking India's permission. If you think India violated and Pakistan didn't then why Pakistan did not take it to ICJ and ask for fine of money that you were saying. Please teach them the whole thing rather than distorted lies. Halki aanch wali baat sahi hai, kyunki India ne humesha kaha hai ki Pakistan was the occupying force on the State of Kashmir that is why it is called POK. And that is the reason UN resolution had said first Pakistan has to remove all its forces from Kashmir for the plebiscite to take place. So we agree you took land bcoz you occupied that land not by defeating Indian forces but the Kashmir's Maharaja's forces, hence Maharaja did the instrument of accession with India and so India has the legal right on Kashmir even if you don't agree.
That's Indian narrative for sure.
