It's an Asian style of speaking cutely. Not only Japanese girls use this, Chinese and Koreans (aegyo) have variations of this acting as well. It may be "stupid" to you, but it's a way of life for many girls and you just don't understand the appeal.

@Thesugarcoated they use some words that are usually used in osaka...it is like when you mix british and american english. i dont like that. but this depends on taste ^^' hope you understand what i wanted to say.
@Thesugarcoated They use it because it is very popular in japan now. For instance they say for "we" -> "uchira". (hope thats right...) Normally you would say 'watashi tachi'. It's the change of the language...(but the wrong change!! ^^)
