Hey Steve I was 16 watching your videos and now I'm 23 looking back for motivation to find my self again I visited a fire station when I was 16 and always wanted to become a firefighter but maybe didn't have the self-confidence to become one but I'm pursuing doing it now in my life watching your video for motivation and belief I can do it one day thank you
Did my Paramedic internship on Rescue 26 ( Westmoreland and Jefferson ) Went to Methodist Medical Center for my training. I work for the LAcoFD now. Miss the guys I met when working with Dallas FD. You guys are amazing and had a great experience!
To all the people that think firefighting is a safe job just because not alot of people die does not mean it's a safe job it just shows how professional they are
I am an EMT in SC. And much respect to him for being a successful bodybuilder. Our call volume is so high that we go well over 2 hours without eating sometimes. Not to mention waking up in the AM or getting little sleep throws my sleep schedule off. It's hard to keep on a steady eating/gym/rest routine.
Same here man. I'm on a Rescue Co. in NC and it makes it hard to catch a good workout at the station. Then if we run all night I feel like hell trying to get a pump on the first day off.
WOW! So many people bitch because he is on steroids, so really? Lets just say "hypothetically" yours house catches on fire, the FD responds and someone like this saves you, are you really gonna complain about how they look? NO. People are so ungrateful and judgmental, be happy he is willing to protect and save people within in community.
i know this guy personally and I'm a high school football player and this guy moves 2 times as fast as me... and I'm on varsity as a sophomore 5a.... this guy is seriously a beast
I don't see a reason why firemen/paramedics should not use steroids. The whole point of their job is to be strong, physically and mentally efficient on up to 72 hour shifts.
Maybe because steroids are bad for the health and tax payer dollars shouldn't be paying for their medical retirements and treatment if they fuck up their health.
give u a ton of credit bro, most body builders have no life except gym and food, they train all day and have no job, your in great shape and you have a demanding job keep it up bro, every year you get more jacked and grainey. good luck this year with your shows
Cool video! I think every bodybuilder should have a mini docu of what THEY do outside of their training rituals and dieting plans. Interesting look always. Great insight on how/what goes on inthe firefighter world. Thank to you and the TXFD crew for your services! cheers!
i wanted to ask the same question about a few guys, Ronnie Coleman was a cop and so is worlds strongest man Derek Poundstone and another world strongest man Phil Phister is also a firefighter
Everyone keeps asking how he roids and works as a FF, testing for steroids Is way more expensive than a regular drug test, most places won't spend the money to test for it. Very few places do. This guy still puts in crazy work for how busy he's job is
aran125 thats how most guys at my FD get away with it too. But lets face it, a city ain't gonna pay the money for a steroid blood unless you give them a reason.
I did 2 years training to become a medical assistant and now I finally see what I really wanted to do. My instructor was Paramedic his whole career and the shit he tells me sounds like a lot, but being in a Warzone, this sounds like a lot of fun. Now I have to go back freaking school to become a damned Firefighter/EMT lol. Ugh! I hate my life!
I don't know about everyone else but I see firefighters doing handstand pushups all the time. Since handstand pushups are required for putting out a fire and rescuing people.
he is totally right about the food with a fire house, if you want some goooood! cooking just ask fireman, it is greasy but you can get a good meal and go to our on site bar after lol!!! we even rigged an old soda machine to give out beers rather than soda
When I looked at the video picture I saw right away was Dallas and I'm just like " that's the first video I've seen about Dallas emergencies although I DO LIVE IN Dallas
Although the only fire station " field trip " well not a field trip since we only had to walk about a mile to a farmers branch children's fire station tour thing
I wonder what Steve Kuclo's score on the beep test would be now? He looks too big to run, makes me wonder if he could even still get the required level of 9.6 on the 20m shuttle run. I'm not hating or anything, just wondering.
+Caleb Walker (The Raven) How is that ignorant? The more muscles you have the more oxygen your body requires to fuel itself... He didn't say it disrespectfully. Its a fact.
is there anyway to contact this guy if he chooses to be? I'm not a bodybuilder, but I lift, coach, and jumping through hoops to become a firefighter in my area of the country, just want to know his path, or what he's willing to discuss.
Good documentary but jus 1 question. Who's gonna save u if u go down big guy? U don't see many ppl in that station that looks like they can drag or (much less) firemans carry nearly 300lbs of dead weight...;) keep up the good work though. The people of Dallas can count on you to save them. *thumbs up*
Get your EMT basic and get some experience. Most departments want your firefighter 2 and your medic license. Trust me, medic school is not easy. Make sure you're 100% committed before you start this career
You'd be surprised how strong these big bodybuilders are when it comes to body weight exercises. Just see how many weighted pull ups they can do. Hand stand push ups shouldn't be that hard for them really...
i am 17, high school student and i love bodybuilder sport and also i wanna be a doctor but i think it is impossible to achieve these to dreams ,ya allah (GOD) i beg you please help me, what my future will be?.
You don't do a fireman carry that's for movies, Turnouts have a Rescue Drag Device which is a webbing in the turnout to drag heavy deadweight, or you can do it the hard way, and ratchet your strong hand under the SCBA straps and drag, all FF rescues should have two persons (RITs) anyway and one is under a leg the other pulls the RDD or SCBA, I've moved 340lbs guys this way down flights of stairs....
They laughed when I told them I would build muscle with "MegaMAX Muscle Maker", but then I showed them the results. Go google "MegaMAX Muscle Maker" to see their reaction. (You should see their priceless faces!)
Holla! Have you considered Aston Muscle Ripper? Maybe it could help you get you a well-defined physique in a fast way - and most importantly - get you on the right path, for an impressive body like it actually did for thousands of people who used it. I analyzed this to different programs, and Aston Muscle Ripper always works much better. It is purely awesome! You will discover for yourself why, (just search in Google for "Aston Muscle Ripper").
Why doesn't Kuclo help his brothers out by advising them what oils to use and how to prepare better meals? I liked the video but it kinda made Kuclo look like a loner. Kuclo should include his brothers in helpful hints of awesome dieting.
Hey Steve I was 16 watching your videos and now I'm 23 looking back for motivation to find my self again I visited a fire station when I was 16 and always wanted to become a firefighter but maybe didn't have the self-confidence to become one but I'm pursuing doing it now in my life watching your video for motivation and belief I can do it one day thank you
I watched him when I was like 14 and I’m 23 and re watched this video today
Did my Paramedic internship on Rescue 26 ( Westmoreland and Jefferson ) Went to Methodist Medical Center for my training. I work for the LAcoFD now. Miss the guys I met when working with Dallas FD. You guys are amazing and had a great experience!

Mike Blackmon I'm an emt in sc too.
r u kidding
Same here man. I'm on a Rescue Co. in NC and it makes it hard to catch a good workout at the station. Then if we run all night I feel like hell trying to get a pump on the first day off.
It seems so difficult the emt in USA, in france we don't have all this stuff in the ambulance 😨😨😰
Most people go over two hours of not eating...
WOW! So many people bitch because he is on steroids, so really? Damn he only has to give two compressions during CPR.
Hunter Craig 😂😂😂
XD XD XD

"B shift is notorious for screwing things up" Huh...sounds like my department
i know this guy personally and I'm a high school football player and this guy moves 2 times as fast as me... and I'm on varsity as a sophomore 5a.... this guy is seriously a beast
I don't see a reason why firemen/paramedics should not use steroids. The whole point of their job is to be strong, physically and mentally efficient on up to 72 hour shifts.
One reason is that firefighters are very prone to getting cancer, and steroids would help the cancer grow faster
Maybe because steroids are bad for the health and tax payer dollars shouldn't be paying for their medical retirements and treatment if they fuck up their health.
@@leisureliam True.

Great video man. I’m a paramedic firemen of Memphis Tennessee and you’re spot on about the B-Shift lol
Oh, how nice, they were still VHF in this video. Wonderful. Our county has been digital for 6 years.
Gotta get more of these, they are awesome.
Too all the firefighters and emts and parmedics be safe out there I'll keep you all in my prayers
Firefighter Steve... pretty awesome. Never thought about what you're doing for a living. Nice stuff, thx a lot bro.
I love these videos.. Its a shame he doesn't mk vids like this anymore...
Cool video! I think every bodybuilder should have a mini docu of what THEY do outside of their training rituals and dieting plans. Interesting look always.

very kewl steve thanks for lettiing us in for a peek man.
What’s the chances the Boston fire department tests for gear?
Everyone keeps asking how he roids and works as a FF, testing for steroids Is way more expensive than a regular drug test, most places won't spend the money to test for it. Very few places do. This guy still puts in crazy work for how busy he's job is
He probably has a script for all his shit anyway so they can't really mess with him anyway. I'm almost certain he does in fact
aran125 thats how most guys at my FD get away with it too. But lets face it, a city ain't gonna pay the money for a steroid blood unless you give them a reason.

May god bless all firefighters!
Hey Steve, Thanks for the video. I am still deciding on whether to become a Police Officer or a Fire Fighter but this is a great insight.
I don't know about everyone else but I see firefighters doing handstand pushups all the time. Since handstand pushups are required for putting out a fire and rescuing people.
Cool to see day in the life
They can and they do. Look it up. It's rare but it depends on the district. They do it in Phoenix and other cities in Arizona.
Im going to school to be a firefighter/paramedic i wasnt sure what to expect but i have an idea now thanks =)
in redwood city, there is also an engine 10
Wow rlly....

@olshanskiyalex I actually met him at the West Texas Classic this past Saturday, he started at 18, 26 now. He's a really awesome guy too.
Shift wars! Their station 10 is much newer and nicer than ours in Norfolk. Hoo yah B shift!!
Looks a cool job!
I wonder what Steve Kuclo's score on the beep test would be now? He looks too big to run, makes me wonder if he could even still get the required level of 9.6 on the 20m shuttle run. I'm not hating or anything, just wondering.
Those arms are no fucking joke!!!
Job well done keep it up gentlemen
firefighters do a lot of handstand pushups these days?
Not to be disrespectful. But i have always wonder how big guys can handle smoke diving and edurance test and Aerobic exercises?
You would be surprised how good of shape big guys can be.
Thanks for that display of plain ignorance
+Caleb Walker (The Raven) How is that ignorant? The more muscles you have the more oxygen your body requires to fuel itself... He didn't say it disrespectfully. Its a fact.
normally doing cardio muscle endurance workout help alot. so the more condition you are, the better off you are.
You train for it. Plain and simple.
Good job! Good luck!
this is what I go to do so this is cool to see
is there anyway to contact this guy if he chooses to be? I'm not a bodybuilder, but I lift, coach, and jumping through hoops to become a firefighter in my area of the country, just want to know his path, or what he's willing to discuss.

your living my dream :) im a volunteer fire fighter and a bodybuilder :D, i just want to be paid for firefighting later on in life.
DAMN - that kitchen! and I thought my station was nice. wow.
Get your EMT basic and get some experience. Most departments want your firefighter 2 and your medic license. Trust me, medic school is not easy. Make sure you're 100% committed before you start this career
yes I am going
Dude he’s a fucking tank
Firefighters also have to take drug tests frequently also if you didn't already know.
This is not even that far from where I live. Why have I not met him yet??
do you guys decide who drives the ambulance or is it assigned?
iloveboats1 they more than likely switch off if they’re both paramedics, if one is a EMT he’ll do a majority of the driving
I stumbled across your video mate, really love the content. Subbed straight away, We should connect!
So who orders and stocks up the storerooms?
what are the requirements to ba a fire fighter
have you ever noticed how police officers and fireman are so jacked up? It's not because they only eat a lot, they are on roids
U would be a great addition to a truck company
Shooter1669 why truck co?.
He's a tank
Shooter1669 yeah but why would that make him a good ladder co man over an engine?.
It takes a lot more muscle for truck company.
G. Harkins_515 Diesel or Air? 😂
Do you get firefighter emts
You'd be surprised how strong these big bodybuilders are when it comes to body weight exercises. Just see how many weighted pull ups they can do. Hand stand push ups shouldn't be that hard for them really...
Is that a Lifepak 12?
Steve where did u get that cooler
He has a website (hisnamedotcom), tried the contact form?
i am 17, high school student and i love bodybuilder sport and also i wanna be a doctor but i think it is impossible to achieve these to dreams ,ya allah (GOD) i beg you please help me, what my future will be?.
Looks like a (really big!) Superman.
What kind of cooler is that

C SHIFT IS THE BEST SHIFT LOL
... do you mean by -just- working out? Or are you implying them working out has nothing to do with how muscular they are???
Gatorade in a can what is that?
im going to be a fire fighter. i like the video you should do one with you on the fire truck.
Are you a firefighter yet?
how can ronnie coleman be a police officer ? they say that they test him.
Where did he get that cooler
The cooler is called 6 pack bags
*shows addresses of patients on TH-cam*
Holla!

firefighter /paramedic
firefighting is not like a sport, yes they would be mad if you do steroids but the stronger you are the better for the job
Did you think they get that big by working out?
Are you a Volunteer, or is this your actual profession; you know, making money from it?
I would hate to clean all that stainless
Why doesn't Kuclo help his brothers out by advising them what oils to use and how to prepare better meals? I liked the video but it kinda made Kuclo look like a loner. Kuclo should include his brothers in helpful hints of awesome dieting.
its against some rule and its a completely different drug test than ones they use for "normal" drug testing, and it cost alot more to test for roids
He used the Q word..
I tell you one thing though I bet her frosts a bottle real quick hahaha.

why is that?
doctor is a title. you already possess the brain of a bodybuilder, move forward.
You know, not all body builders use steroids....
Kai green can do like 15 hand stand push ups and he is one of the biggest dudes in bodybuilding....so I don't see what you are on about.
If you take roids your future as a boydbuilder is always bright!
U can.be legally prescibed as long as your over 30 its almost a sure thing
Guys*
i disagree. most people, roids or not, would give up after a year or two. most do, actually.
ronnie coleman was a cop and took roids. shits cray
well most of pros know how to pass the test :)
How did Ronnie Coleman take roids while he was a cop? If Ronnie is possible, don't worry about these smaller folks.
I like to be a fire man one day
