मैंने 5 मई को itr फ़ाइल किया है, अभी तक रिफंड नही आया, और न ही आयकर प्रोसेस हुआ है, आयकर विभाग का टोल फ्री नॉ भी प्रॉपर काम नही करता। पिछले वर्ष तो 5 से 10 दिन में रिफंड आ गया था। कृपया समाधान बताये।

Totally depend on officer.. He may ignore mistake n process or he may send defective return intimation..
