This one will work for any pistol that the sight doesn’t attach to the slide. Sure seems like a logical design for smaller sights too though like you’re saying.
That’s something I would be interested in. What shops carry that sight in stock? I live in Michigan between GR and Lansing. Thanks for sharing this video. I’ve never heard of them before.
Williams Gun Sight would be on the other side of Flint for you. It’s just off I-69. They just came out with it so not sure who would have it in stock over that way yet.
It is meant to be able to co-witness with stock sights. The ghost rings might be a little tall, I’m not sure. Give Williams a call and they can answer all your questions
@@bobsims762 Seems for Beretta's to achieve any true/total co-witness you'd have to replace the picatinny length that comes with the gun. Now I am speaking from an A300 Patrol perspective, but I believe they (1301) are the same on the receiver tops. The pic rail is just too high for every red dot I have researched. A lot of people just remove the ghost ring altogether. I actually like mine.
Still in progress but we’ve got about 100 rounds through the shotgun and no issues. Williams has been making high quality sight systems for almost 100yrs so I would expect it be very durable. We’ll see.
Contact Williams Gun Site and they should be able to help you out. I don’t really know the answer to that. I’m not sure what mounts they stock and what they don’t.
I'm looking for a good optic for my 1301 tac mod2 as well, I thought this might be the one, but I'm not spending $250+ on a home defense optic that doesn't have shake awake.
I love the concept, but its got way too high a price point for some of the features its missing. I just cant justify buying a $250 optic in current year that doesnt even have a shake awake feature.
Needs shake awake and maybe solar panel on top
The reverse idea is just brilliant
If it had shakeawake I would've ordered one
Awesome new product but i really want shake awake. Hopefully they include it in a new release
That would be nice!
The fact that noone has done this for pistol sights for cowitness is crazy

I think everyone has kind of moved to lower 1/3 to optimize the largest possible window without cluttering it with the irons.
Almost ordered this, but I am using this on a tactical shotgun and it needs to either always be on or have an auto turn on.
Yeah, I understand. Once you turn this one on, it’ll auto shut off at 6hrs. I don’t think there’s any options to change that.
@@FullQuiverOutdoors Ya, other than that, looks like an amazing sight. Thanks for the review.
Should really consider a shake awake option.
I love Williams. I live 15 minutes from there, but I have to avoid going there right now because I know I will spend way beyond my means.
Me too! Just don’t bring the wife along. 😂
@@FullQuiverOutdoors well, I'd have to buy her something too🤣

@@FullQuiverOutdoors I’m headed over to Flint today. I’ll have to check around there with my buddy and see what I can find out. Thank you.
Can you adjust it have to have an actual red dot or does it need that circle sight
I’m not sure if they have other reticle or not. You’d have to check their website. This one does not adjust to any other type of reticle
So whats the damage to the wallet for one ??
Right now they are $270 on their website
It is definitely low. Is it meant to be used without any stock sights..ghost ring, etc., or can it used co-witness? Anyone? Thanks!

@@FullQuiverOutdoors Appreciate that. Waiting on Williams now. I'm thinking it might be the closest to a co-witness I'll find. Cheers!
Can this be used on the Beretta 1301 Tactical and CO-WHITNESS?

Good stuff, durability test?

Do the plates come in 590 flavor?
So can I keep my factory rail on my Beretta 1301 tactical mod2 shotgun?

What red dot mount are you using?
It’s explained in the video. It’s a Williams mount specific to your gun manufacturer.

Comb?
FIVE THOUSAND HOURS?!?!?! No thanks...
