Where to STAY FABULOUS in Calitzdorp on the Garden Route (IT'S REALLY COOL!)

Join us for a short journey through the port capital of South Africa on the Garden Route. Unfortunately we could not visit any of the famous local wine farms due to stricter lock down restrictions. We stay at lenieshof.com, the coolest spot in Calitzdorp. We then visit a lovely local farm house. The journey ends in the Groenfontein valley - a gravel road from Calitzdorp to Oudtshoorn through a beautiful unspoilt valley.

Just scrolling through TH-cam and happened on your great video! We also stayed at Lenies Hof just after they relaxed the covid restrictions for the first time. The owners Mo and Steve were just brilliant hosts. We also enjoyed their stunning Viognier. Lucky for us, all the wine farms were still opened during our visit. Calitzdorp is a truly magical place!

Oh you lucky people! Greetings from Berlin. I keep dreaming about living in Calitzdorp for a year or two. Spend most of my adult life in Joburg but this is the true paradise. Time to leave Germany again
