Why are the auto closing doors painted white in colour... in horrible contrast with the train livery! Is this an invitation for the public to do the rest by graffiti! In fact the same thing is repeated in the "AC" locals delivered to Mumbai local train network... ICF needs to employ some good industrial designers to get a better look and feel....

Yes the existing line from Dum Dum to Garia in Kolkata is broad guage and operated by the Indian Railways. The other Broad gauge Metro lines in India are the red line,blue line and yellow line of the Delhi Metro the rest are all standard gauge including the other new lines of Delhi Metro.
