Black-And-White-Luise is so funny! 😃 And what can I say to such a heartfelt love letter! 😍😍🐼🐼 It broke my heart a little when you cut it up 😭but I love what you did there! Magical until the end! How did I ever get so lucky to have you in my life, little JJ sista!!! ❤
Oh my goodness, I laughed so hard!!! 😂 The way you integrated the explanation with the video is so funny. Bless you for not only giving us a wonderful crafting tutorial, but a great laugh as well. ❤
My dear Luise, you are in no way stupid. Very much the opposite. I do hope you get to have a vacation, that is always a good thing. I love watching you create and your use of English is excellent. The way you create, speak in a language that isn't your mother tongue and teach us to make things all at the same time, amazing. English is my only language and I get the words wrong too. Big hugs to you
This was so much fun! I love it that you don't use die cuts, necessarily, in the conventional way - because it has taught me to look at them differently too. I am a quilt-artist, so yes, I get that we want to use up the scraps - not waste anything - hahaha! A very sweet tribute to Barbara! This turned out lovely - thank you!
What I love most about you is that, no matter the project, you will take it in directions I would never think of so it is an adventure watching you create! I also love that you keep going after most of us would call it done, and that is how you come up with such masterpieces! I will love crafting with you forever!💕🇨🇦
Luise, your flip flap is gorgeous! Your creations always amaze me. So much to see on one envelope! Yours and Barbara’s friendship is so beautiful. What a cool side to cut the letter up like a puzzle. TFS!❤
Reason 1 million why i love to watch you. Your honesty and creativity. I see so many creators slap on a paper doll with the idea that Tim will make their project amazing. I have definitely done the tuck thing with horizontal tag flaps, its so satisfying when they move as one. ❤
This is so fun and unique! I’m not surprised at all who your love letter is written to. 😂 You are both such amazing junk journal ‘sistas’. And I think it’s just beautiful to see your friendship grow over the last few years. You just keep getting closer, and you both are bringing our community closer as well. I cannot wait to give this envelope flip/flap a try. 😂Thanks for another adorable inspiration! Hugs 🤗❤️
I continue to be amazed by your ability to take scraps and create a work of art…this page amazes me. Thank you Luise at the amount of effort, love and creativity you always put into your pages. Whether during this yearly project or you weekly videos, your attention to detail is mind boggling to me. Well done…again…🎉
I LOVE the beginning of this video!! I feel the same -- one crafter's "mistake" is another crafter's "opportunity to be innovative"!! Speaking of "secret love letters", I have all of my father's WWII era letters to my mom. When I was reading the letters (with the plan of making a way to share them with my 6 siblings), I found one envelope that was empty except for some ash and a small snippet from the bottom of a page in Mom's handwriting: "PS -- Burn this after you read it." I don't know what embarrassing thing she wrote, but the ashes were Dad's way of proving that he had burned it. TOO funny!! By the way, I'm half German descent myself -- my maiden name is SCHORFHEIDE -- shortened from Oberschorfheide when they arrived in America. I LOVE your style and your videos!!
Luise, you are already funny in English! You are a creative genius of a comedian! Oh, and you are also a magician. Or at least the magic is in you. You seem always to fix your blunders into creative goodness. I love, love, love this project! 🫶
You had a flip flap issue and Barbara had a magnet issue. Your amongst friends here and we are all having issues. Mine is usually with my sewing machine🤣😂🤣😂🤣🤣
I think you are correct in calling it a flip. Your interaction with the completed page would actually be to flip the segments. The flap has very little to do with the completed piece. It is indeed an envelope flip. I love it! ❤
But of course, you used the flap to make the flip! I love the way you find humor at your own expense, LOL! Your English is SOO much better than my German. 😊
Love this! What a great and fun idea❤ I am always so inspired by you.Thank you and Barbara for all the work you do for This community and for sharing your wonderful friendship❤❤❤
Dear Luise, I will create with you forever, you make me smile over and over again. And I love how your brain works, because my brains are a chaos sometimes too, and that makes us who we are! Love you and your art!
Your creations always blow my mind. I never have any clue where you’re going to end up from the beginning. I could never guess in a million years.i love it, of course ❤
That comment about your parents...I laughed right out loud even though it is way past my bedtime and my husband was sound asleep. Of course, my laughing woke him up and I had to explain the whole video to him so he could understand the context of your statement and why you wished for that to happen. 😂❤😂❤😂
Oh my! I cannot believe that we’re to the end of December. I looked forward to watching you two create throughout the month! “We” all love SirTim, but love your friendship, partnership and creativity all the more! Thank you!
Oh, my-the first 8-9 minutes of this video are my favorite minutes of your EVER! You had me laughing so much. And while you always say “there are no rules” and approach your own “mistakes” with such an intrepid spirit-this was the PEAK!!! Your on-going commentary about your “mis-thinking” was both hilarious and graciously inviting everyone to sit more comfortably with the inevitable “oopsies” of our craft. Happy New Year, Luise!
Wow, another very inventive way of doing a flip / secret love letter page. Absolutely brilliant ❤ It's just a beautiful thing to have such a special friendship xxx
Your "Flip Flap" worked perfectly!!! It seems like yesterday that we all started this December journey together and it's almost over. Kind of sad....But you and Barbara have once again both made it so fun and such a learning experience! Thank you again for the laughter, tears, inspiration and friendship!!
I’ve started to watch your German videos this dephemerember, and I want to say that your English humor is on point! I chuckle during the German versions too, you’re naturally hilarious. Thanks for giving us a month full of laughter and crafty goodness ❤
You are always coming up with so many fantastic ideas . Today’s project is no different. Cutting an envelope into three useable part is unique and one of a kind. I would never have thought to do that. I love it. Envelope looks so cool with lots of texture making it so interesting to explore how it was made. Louise, 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Those girls are so beautiful. The envelope you used was also beautiful before you even started. I love how it turned out and the cut up letter made it even more secret. You are so amazingly creative. I will be sad to see this month end once again.
You can flip a flapjack....LOL I think the word you were looking for was "awareness". You weren't aware that you looked at them as shapes. This is a very creative way to use an envelope!
Wow. Another dephemerember done. It was so great. The pace was perfect and Honestly I can’t think of anything to make this series better. I do appreciate everything you two offer to this community. Thank you for another awesome series.
Luise, I think you do remarkably well speaking English, your amazing. Shoot I could just look at those two words and know they are different words and say the same word. It comes with age lol haha🤣😆😂 you’ll see someday my friend you’ll see☺️ no worries here you say whatever you like. This was one crazy envelope would have never thought of doing that. Never sent done either . You go girl.😄 o e more day.
This is such an original and beautiful idea ! I'm so in love with the little pockets you've made. 😍😍😍 Very creative and very inspiring as well! Thank you very much for sharing your art and for making time for us and leaving us all in awe! I wish you a very happy and joyful farewell to 2024 and hope all good things come your way in the New year! Happy Saint Sylvester 🎉💞🎊🎇🍾🥂
Such an entertaining video seeing you work out the difference between a flip and a flap, when actually you used the flap to make the flip...lol. Love your abstract artsy look in your journals. Very clever idea to cut up your message to make a real mystery for anyone to figure out the message. Great job Luise!😍
Cheese Luise ❤ flip, flap, oh no - Not flop! This project -- it's going to be fantastic. I can hardly wait to see the ending. . . I'm Waiting patiently! Cheese luise! Hurry up! Cheese luise! OMG Tim? (Giggling) Genius flip flops!❤❤❤
The holiday season has been so sad for me since my parents passed, and the kids moved out. This year, I had something to look forward too every day. I poured my heart into my December journal, remembering all the things that made the holidays magic. I'm so glad I found you and Luise and that I took the opportunity to learn lots of new things and be part of this community. Thank you both for bringing the magic back.
Luise, I had no idea where you were going with this idea, but knew it would amaze me, and it did! It turned out so well and really clever. Your expression of love for Barbara is heartfelt, and beautifully written, for someone with English as a second language.
You have an extraordinary brain and talent!❤ I have noticed I can't spell anymore without spellchecker 😂 I love everything about this video. Thank you!
How hilarious is this video! You crack my up. You and Barbara provide my daily dose of fun and creativity. Thank you so much! Have a very happy and creative new year 🎉.
I now consider you a kindred spirit as I often use shapes as you do. I don't use die cuts unless they are gifted to me, but I can keep a shape for months before I figure out the perfect spot for it. I do this with stamped images as well where I will use a piece of the stamped image in a way not intended. I like your idea of the flip out/flap and plan on trying that. Thanks again for another creative idea.
I very much enjoyed dephemerember 2024. It was my third one so I’m becoming accustomed to working with you guys. I found the prompts simple and mostly easy to do which made this very enjoyable. Perhaps I wasn’t challenged as much as in 2022, but then that was rhe first one so should have been more challenging. I haven’t finished yet as life is getting in the way. This is the first time that I did my own thing. But I want to go back in and copy the ephemera you and others have done to fill my journal. And learn more. I’m looking forward to next year.
Wonderful flippy, floppy, flappy thing. I’m so glad to be in this community.❤❤❤❤❤
What a beautiful tribute to your beautiful friendship with Barbara! You have a great sense of humor!
Luise: Your flipping flap worked. Lol. Hope that made you laugh. You have the most unique ideas. Love the way your brain works. Love this idea. ❤❤
OMG😱 Luise you desperately need a holiday😎 Only 1 more day for your sanity🤪… BTW the project is flip flap fab🤣🥰🎉
Oh my goodness, I laughed so hard!!! 😂

😂🤣 Black & white Luise in this video is even more funny than in the German one. If I would be able to get up afterwards I actually would rofl. 🤣😂
Hahaha I laughed so much I almost spat out my coffee 😂 😂
Thankyou for being you Luise…. You make our days brighter !! ♥️
Flip, flap, flop, whatever lol!! 😉😂 Doesn't matter what you call it, it works and it is a beautiful tribute to your friendship with Barbara ❤❤❤
Love your gift to Barbara. Friendship is a wonderful thing these days.🤗🤗💜💜💜
Love the way you made all the tiny pockets in the envelope. Thanks for the laughs with your flip and flaps😂.
Luise, your flip flap is gorgeous! Your creations always amaze me. So much to see on one envelope! Yours and Barbara’s friendship is so beautiful. What a cool side to cut the letter up like a puzzle. TFS!❤

You flipped the flap and made a ridiculously creative thing for your journal! Lucky Barbara!
That envelope flip is so freaking cool!!! I love that you can tuck the letter bits in and it stays together, genius! And it's beautiful 💜💜💜
I mean, who doesn’t love Tim?! Your creative mind still amazes me with every video.
I continue to be amazed by your ability to take scraps and create a work of art…this page amazes me. Thank you Luise at the amount of effort, love and creativity you always put into your pages. You are cracking me up again! That aside, your followers understand your flip for flap & visa versa thing, no worries Luise! ❤ you!

I love how interactive your projects are. They completely ‘draw’ you in
Another amazing project and my favorite quote of the season ‘why didn’t my parents make live in English. ‘ lol
I love it! And I love that you and Barbara both used those beautiful girls on this prompt!😊
So clever to use the little pockets to keep it all together! Flip/flap - LOL!!!!
But of course, you used the flap to make the flip! I love the way you find humor at your own expense, LOL! Your English is SOO much better than my German. 😊
Love this! What a great and fun idea❤

Love the design! So ingenious how you made the flapping, overlapping little letter pieces hold it all together.
Love this! Your interpretation of the prompt was perfect even if you thought you were confused:) But, it did result in a fun intro - thanks!
Simply gorgeous!❤
