What if i submitted and realised I made the wrong choice. How can the owner correct the option?

You can use "Response Manager" to view, edit, or delete responses.
First, enable "Allow response editing" in the Google Form settings.
Open "Response Manager" from the add-on menu and find the response you need to change.
Click on the pencil icon to edit the response.
Make the changes and submit the form.

it dosent work if you have photos to choices. the photos are automatically deleted after somone made a choice

I think you have used several different choice limiter add-ons in your form.
This add-on is completely different from other choice limiter add-ons.
It will never delete or modify choices; instead, it will disable them.
Therefore, your photos are safe.
