First of all you must have confidence that you can speak then there will be no trouble.
Bro, you have to practice and start speaking though you're wrong, understanding somebody speaking is the first step in speaking only but it's not the final thing, speaking skills is entirely different from speaking skills

Really you are a great I have no word to explain u but by TH-cam send u comment. Like you good suggestion can not be shere and explain so again and again namaste. I have seen still yet a lot of videos but like your motivation confidence not saw in other guys. You are absolutely right saying that after watching your videos all guys sends you messages amazing, awesome, wonderful really not good unless you didnot get job.
