Recording of compromise and validity thereof can be challenged in appeal in view of O.43R.1A(2).Section 96(3) is no bar to such an appeal-AIR 1993 SC 1139.

First of all i may say that there is no conflict of O 43 R1A (2) with section 96(3) CPC, as appeal would lie against a consent decree where either the compromise is disputed or its legality doubted, the bar of s 96(3) CPC shall not operate to that extent.

@@kainadys Honourable Justice Sankaran is the best teacher I have seen on Civil Law. The way he is interlinking different provisions of civil law is the best way to teach any law. In between, he gives so many examples and illustrations. Sit with your bare act and listen to his each and every word.
I am from a small village in Haryana. I never had an opportunity to study law from good teachers. Civil law has always been my weak area but due to his this lecture series, civil law has become my favourite subject. Justice Sankaran has come as a ray of hope to students and lawyers like us who don't have the opportunity to study from National Law Schools and don't have money to pay the hefty fees to coaching institutes.

@@kainadys Your reply is full of biasedness and prejudices. My point wise replies to your comments are as follows:
      1. You said " It is because of your pathetic situation in Haryana. In Kerala, there are so many eminent Teachers, who even taught this fellow. "
My reply - "You seemed to have missed my point. How do you know that there is a pathetic situation in Haryana? Your such comment shows your prejudices and biasedness. I said that I didnt get an opportunity to learn from good law teachers. It does not mean that the situation is not good in Haryana. Quality education is available, but not for all. You seemed to have missed the word 'rural' in my previous reply. Quality education has not reached the rural interiors of the country. Whether it is Haryana or Kerala, the situation is the same. Moreover, I will not get into the debate of Haryana v. Kerala, because my understanding of the Preamble of the Constitution has taught me to believe in the spirit of unity and fraternity."
      2. You said - " In Kerala, there are so many eminent Teachers, who even taught this fellow. Moreover, there are so many eminent lawyers are in Kerala, who are Outstanding in teaching, which includes his own seniors."
My reply - "Its not about good or bad teacher. Good teachers are everywhere. The question is that are the good teachers available to the common man? How does it matter to me if someone is a good teacher, if I, as a common man, do not have the opportunity to learn from him or her? How many of your so called 'good teachers' have taken the initiative of taking out time and giving free classes like the way Justice Sankaran has done?
      3. You said - "You did not know him personally."
My reply - "Why do I need to know him personally? For me, what is important is that due to his this initiative, I am getting an opportunity to learn civil law. This is sufficient for me."
      4. You said - "He is simply reading the book again and again in all the lectures."
My reply - "I will stick to my opinion that I have shared in my previous post in this video itself. I am reproducing it below:
"Honourable Justice Sankaran is the best teacher I have seen on Civil Law. The way he is interlinking different provisions of civil law is the best way to teach any law. In between, he gives so many examples and illustrations. Sit with your bare act and listen to his each and every word."
