Not an easy piece for us beginners. Your breakdown into layers makes it much more understandable. Thank you for your time and much appreciate your willingness to help others with your abilities and skill.
Thank you Gohar for bringing this to TH-cam. It has been a long time since I've played the Etude in A by Carcassi. A few years ago this piece was a big part of my repertoire. Some fine little piece of music. Thank you for bringing it thanks again
Great, instruction, this has prompted me to renew some technique work and proper presentation with these subtle dynamics. Thank you very much Gohar!!!!
Thanks for this Gohar. It is a challenging piece for me. My teacher said this was RSCM (UK) Grade 3 at one time. I find that hard to believe. The Sor/Segovia No 5 in B minor (Op 35 no22) is Grade 5 now I believe and it is nowhere near as tricky as this. It is tricky especially the crescendo in the second half of the piece with a very busy left hand. The LH is where the difficulty lies for me and apparently for many other of his students too. Some advice there would have been great.I am lucky that I took to the right hand quite quickly and get good tone. Getting a strong, flexible lh very different. I have been playing just under three yesrs. Thanks for the advice. I have got somewhere with this but it took me months and months.
Hello. Gohar. I hope you can answer my question. I am a 57-year-old man who loves classical guitar. Do you think that studying Carcassi lessons and others Maestro guitar etudes, I would learn to play such a sublime instrument? I want to play Tarrega, Bach y many other wonderful guitar music authors. I practically study by myself. I appreciate your wise advice regarding my interest in learning to play the classical guitar. Greetings from Venezuela
If you know what you are aiming to and has the capacity of critiquing yourself, you may be a good classical guitarist. Although I think is necessary to have someone to make you improve.
Beautifully done. I'm just beginning classical guitar and finding it very difficult to keep longer fingernails on my right hand. Previously, needing to keep fingernails very short for acoustical and electric guitar.
hey! how are you doing right now? if you need some tips, try just clipping them "on point" (not that short, not that big), do some slurs, left hand scales, avoid using a pick in general. it may help you develop a good fingering (if you're a true beginner, try playing spanish romance, it's the best for your arpeggios)! 😉☺️
Are you using rest strokes for the melodic line played by the A finger ? Originally I was taught to play it that way. Years later I read where that was discouraged since it prevented the arpeggiated notes on the second string from being sustained'
One of my favourites from Carcassi's op 60. Thanks a lot. Master Gohar for feeding our souls every Monday. If there is any possibility I would love to make a request, just within Your possibilities of valuable time, personal taste and good will. I'd Really love to learn from You the Fernando Sor Study #6 in D major in Segovia compilation. The real technical name is: Study #17 op 35. Greetings from Chile.
@@cristianmanuelfuentesmaure196 I understand what you mean. The word we use is 'maestro' but it's very uncommon to hear it used on young musicians. It tends to be 'earned' with age, often used on composers or great teachers who have proved themselves through many years...
When I learned this Etude 30 years ago, my teacher told me to play the melody with supported stroke. I prefer that until today because it gives the melody an even larger tone than just emphasising it or turning the nail for a softer attack.

I enjoyed that
Excelente!
Maravilhosa, que som ecoa de sua alma, que força, estou apaixonado...😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
I've suffered so much for this etude, so many barres

É uma Deusa!
Wonderful tune. I'm curious, how long did it take you learn this tune, from being a complete beginner at guitar?
Depends on the students, anywhere from 6 months to a year and a half.
great playing
is the guitar double top?
No it is not. A beautiful guitar! Love her sound and tone
ΟΠΩΣ ΠΑΝΤΑ ΥΠΕΡΟΧΗ!!!
Мне очень нравится, спасибо большое)
Did you play apoyando with ‘a’finger ? Or tiỉando but louder ?
Tirando louder
Many people play apoyando , but why you choosed play tirando ? I like to play your style . So special
@@mishanguyen7023 Because apoyando mutes the second string and I prefer for it to ring. It sounds smoother that way.
@@GoharVardanyan thank you for really helpfully information ❤️
And your thumb 👍 you too used freestroke ?
Thumb was mostly rest stroke, but that's irrelevant, you can do either.
@@GoharVardanyan thanks Gohar ❤️
😍😍😍
Hello , how dìd you can play without looking at fretboard ?
After many years of experience, it comes naturally. Muscle memory is an amazing thing.
@@GoharVardanyan thanks a lot

' Master Gohar' ?? If you look very _very_ carefully you'll be able to make out that she is a woman :)
"Master" is not "Mister". I would call Gohar Master, too. She is excellent in teaching.
@@Ana_crusis: An artist, performer, or player of consummate, has a MASTER CATEGORY per se... Anyway, thank You for the instruction. Greetings

@@TigerChao you'd be wrong.
Thanks for not rushing through it. Why do others play it so fast? Use to put roommates to sleep with this.
I agree, there is no point to play it any faster than this.

a broken nail? So what about an artificial glue-on nail instead, or is that not a good idea?? :) Thanks for the lesson.
Ping- pong balls work, with "crazy glue".
Lindo lindo que estudar.
Preciso estudar

I always watch TH-cam as a textbook.
I love you a little
I'm not sure which is more beautiful - you or this etude?
so etudes are basically chord etudes
Are you persian ?
