I feel like Hullabaloo will be pretty much be similar to breaking wheel: the controls are not overly complicated (like clerk) though the handling would be pretty wonky.
He can easily be overwhelmed or be bullied by harassers when he tunnels a survivor (bcuz you need to hit them 3 times in different debuffs/color thingy) if you didn't utilize his red area very well. Like imagine chasing a surv and then 3 other survivors go for the support and bothering your chase in end game.
He seems strong against decoders and such but very weak against harassers. I mean Enchantress could easily kite him if he’s not careful. Also you could theoretically go to a wall and force him to switch colors to hit you.
Yeah, I know. He need a 3 hit for a dmg. But with that speed, agility, and able to hit form behind obstacle, it's imposible to kite if he played by a pro.

What bothers me, is how in second match, when he was chasing gravekeeper he hit him with a white ballon and register the first hit just like any other attack while dropping pallet after the 3 stacks, but at the same time, he got an additional white ballon stack without him hitting gravekeeper

Well, it's easier to use his skill than Goatman. But in order to use it effectively is another story, this might be the go big or go home type of hunter in the tournament.

I can see him being paired with Night Watch in Duo Hunter Mode. Night Watch pulls them so Hullabaloo can set up a clone. Reel them in, give them a smack, and then Night Watch dashes forward to give them a whack... 🤔😟😭 they would be a nightmare... not to be mistaken for Nightmare 😅
What about detention since he doesn't really hit, you need to stack again 3 balls and u get insta down? Also he seems the type who doesn't need blink, teleport, abnormal and the port (sorry forgot the name) sounds as his deal + persona for presence and detention /quick pallet destruction Maybe not the most op hunter but looks interesting to play if only the chipher rush wasn't as severe. Since even if the character is interesting like this one u will get ties due to lack of map control
yeah but you're forgetting that he doesn't get attack recovery for each time he damages survivors and he can just cancel Murro from riding with his red zone

I was thinking the same thing. If it would be possible to use the same exploit from League. I feel like it would work to get his rotate ability thing on cooldown, then just sit up against a wall, it would be impossible for him to get all three stacks for the 20 seconds right?
i dont get how people keep saying him having no attack recovery is balanced because he has to hit survivors 3 times to do damage. he has NO. ATTACK. RECOVERY. period. plus he practically has a built in blink with how ridiculously fast his leap moves him over obstacles, so it's not like pallets are going to do all that much to stifle him either. i dont know why neteases response to balancing has been to just make every character extraordinarily overpowered on release. also his movement speed seems insanely overtuned. 5.34 m/s?? really??
what happens if someone just stays on one corner of the map? you have to wait 20 sec cooldown for switching balls so does that mean you will have to wait at least 40 sec to down a survivor on the map corner, assuming you can use two sides on them using only one switch?
Yeah, but that doesn't really matter that much, because if people do that it guarantees a down that they could've delayed by kiting. I guess it'd be annoying if they're healthy and could take longer than if they kited, so you could bring inso. But even then, that's 1 survivor guaranteed doing absolutely nothing As soon as he gets presence then being in the corner doesn't matter because he just makes a clone and rearranges it to hit them, so that's basically 2 free stacks, and the last thing he hits someone with to injure stays on, so a healthy person being in the corner still wouldn't take long. Ofc he's not released yet, but that seems like it'd only be a problem if you have 0 presence and a healthy person is in a far corner, but you can always get some stacks on them and leave, they're in the corner of the map so they have to take the time to get to a cipher, so you can disrupt others while having free stacks on the other person so they can't rescue as safely. TLDR: In theory, staying in the corner shouldn't be a problem
Just realised that ball timer runs out, don't know exactly how long, so would have to wait and see, but if somebody can stall out their ball timer by doing that then yeah that could be really annoying, if not then what I said before should, in theory, be right

The thing is that listen is just inherently a bad trait. It's so very easily countered because it gives a warning to the survivors before it takes effect. So it would be very useless most of the time anyway. Teleport or warp would be better

The ball timer is 1 minute and it resets timer back to 1 minutes if you land a ball during that time.
