It did look like a surveillance vehicle which is why I followed them. I called the cops to report them because I took a picture of the car and the license plate but they wouldn't do anything about it. One of my exes is highly respected by the police department. This particular ex has pulled up on me multiple times in the past and actually traveled 1500 miles to get me once. But we haven't been together for many, many years. So maybe it's not him.
