Sophia I had the same injury from running! It’s a minor sprain in your peroneal tendon. You just need to rest, and ease back into running! I would go see a physio just for some rehab exercises to help strengthen the tendon back up so it won’t happen again! Xxx
Cannot wait for the Coachella vlogs! 💅💕From a running girly who last year had a similar injury! You may have slightly fractured your metatarsals on the side of your foot, if it gets super bad would recommend getting insoles made for your feet/go to the doctors! Hope that helps!! 🫶🫶

They don’t stop making jokes even when Lydia is visibly uncomfortable/embarrassed. I can think of at least one moment in every travel vlog with the 3 of them where it’s Sophia and Cinzia tagging up to make fun of Lydia. And Cinzia doesn’t do that with Sophia or her other sister. And I get it because Lidia can be annoying, but again why invite her if she annoys you that much. Totally uncomfortable to watch.
