I would punch two holes in the top of the table number card (get them back to back so visible from both sides) and attach to the stand with the leftover fabric from the invites. I think that would bring the number slightly lower and create some visual interest! Love everything you have done so far!!!!!!
For your table signs I would punch 2 holes and add metal rings to slide onto the stand. If the color is off maybe you can spray them the color that you want. As for the fans go get the smaller tool and round the edges. Although all your options would look nice, to me every detail matters. I DIYed my wedding and it was very tedious but in the end I'm flattered how everything turned out! Best wishes Kayla!🙏🥰

Hi! All of the deco were cute but I feel like a cutting machine would've helped you a lot with most if not all of the projects. The table numbers would look so cute with a burlap fabric like others suggested with maybe iron-on/htv or reg vinyl would look cute. Can't wait to see how everything turns out 💕

This is a moot point but I would used the cricut print then cut feature for making the curved fans, the seed packets and the table stands. I would go with rounding just the tops of the fans leaving the bottoms square. You get the clean pro look without the headache. Though I really like the look of all corners rounded. Doing just the top gives a very similar vibe. And someone suggested putting the cardstock on a piece of burlap (very affordable fabric) for the table stand. But for the DIY but beautifully executed look I would definitely be putting my cricut to more use! Congratulations!
🌟🌟For the sparklers you might what to designate a specific section far enough away from the tent or your exit path, you can decide. I would definitely have designated guys to light them and run away from them. They are huge and you don't want any accidents. I would definitely not give them to guests to light. Just a thought to be cautious with that. So excited😀🌟🌟
I would have done all the cutting with my cricut using the print then cut feature. It's honestly so easy! These are the perfect little projects that make having a cricut so useful!

For real. My husband is a computer engineer and his ring gets dinged up SO fast, still. Soft metals are the best to get, but they do damage easily. That is one plus of getting your ring locally is that they will polish it and such whenever you need without a cost.

The advantages are: every corner is rounded; you see the round before the cut; you don't have to buy more supplies; & it goes quickly. It works sooo well. You'll be satisfied.

For the table markers, you should use fabric and stitch it together. You can use a dowel slightly larger than the table marker stand and fold the fabric over that and sew the seam. Then you can cut it to the shape you desire and do iron on designs

I live in Perth, Australia. Everything is three times more expensive here. My hubby asked me to pick my engagement ring. Went to all the jewellery store’s didn’t have what I wanted and to custom made was going to be out of budget. Did a lot of googling found James Allen. Best decision ever made. Most expensive piece of jewellery I own was bought online. Bought both wedding bands from James Allen.
Everything looks great. For the fans you could use the paper edgers scissors to help with your corners. They come in alot of different designs.. Table signs I would put holes at the top put ribbon through and just tie them in bows and let them hang kind of like a mini swing..
for the fans, with a pencil, lightly trace the rounded corners using a template made from a blank or discarded cardstock then hand cut the bottom corners.

Regarding your linen, please steam them all ahead of time. You can fold them and place them on hangers. You may have a lot going on the day before and that’s the last thing you want to deal with. That way when setting up you may only have minimal steaming to do.
Hello Kayla, you are doing a good job with the wedding things but the fans should be rounded bottom and top looks undo with just the top done and the sparkles don't need any signs just put them in a bucket and let them know what to do because what ever sign you put on them will only just burn up don't give yourself extra work to do.

For future reference a Cropodile would have done that perfectly. The Paper Studio brand is Hobby Lobby basic … it’s ‘ok’ but doesn’t always come out perfect. Congrats on your upcoming wedding. You've done a terrific job on all your crafts thus far. I think purchasing a smaller paper rounder would be best. That way you can try completing the edges. If they don't come out well with it, they can be left as is. As long as the rounder is relatively inexpensive, it wouldn't be a financial hit if it didn't work.
Hi Y’all. Leave the fans square, and make a pretty bow for the fan. As for the table numbers, make them using your circuit maker and get some pretty frames to put them in from Dollar Tree, or Goodwill.

You're doing great. Don't overwhelm yourself with the little things. Round the top corners of the fans and save your time for other things. You could get burlap fir the table numbers and stick numbers onto them then hand stitch the numbers into the holders to hold it so it is durable for the elements and guests.
If you add one or two hole punches and use a string/ribbon to hang the table number, they might be cute. You can play with the height of that using the Hayward you already have.

If you haven’t finished the table number flags, i have an idea. Print the lower down on the paper so you have a space up top. The use a hole punch to punch two holes and run a nice ribbon through to hang the flags on your stands.

I know you were disappointed about how the seeds around your birdbath turned out. Could you buy some ten inch pots of flowering plants and plant those just to fill in?

I definitely like the look of the program fan with just the top corners rounded. The wood easle...just an idea for the drinks at the bar. Five below sells small ones that would be inexpensive and cute to have your drink menu on and they are that natural wood.

Congratulations on you & Marcus’s wedding. I like the rounded corners for your programs/fans. For the table numbers try using some invisible/clear wiring putting a pin hole in the card stock so that way you can lower the numbers some. Everything else you are doing is wonderful.
Just wait to steam the table clothes I know it’ll be the day before but if you steam then ahead of time and then fold them back up it won’t last & maybe you should do an acrylic menu on the bar with your signature drinks that would be cute!!!

You're doing great. Don't overwhelm yourself with the little things. Round the top corners of the fans and save your time for other things.
You could get burlap fir the table numbers and stick numbers onto them then hand stitch the numbers into the holders to hold it so it is durable for the elements and guests.
Are you also going to need a table for the refreshments?

If you add one or two hole punches and use a string/ribbon to hang the table number, they might be cute. You can play with the height of that using the Hayward you already have.

If you haven’t finished the table number flags, i have an idea. Print the lower down on the paper so you have a space up top. The use a hole punch to punch two holes and run a nice ribbon through to hang the flags on your stands.

I know you were disappointed about how the seeds around your birdbath turned out. Could you buy some ten inch pots of flowering plants and plant those just to fill in?

I definitely like the look of the program fan with just the top corners rounded. The wood easle...just an idea for the drinks at the bar. Five below sells small ones that would be inexpensive and cute to have your drink menu on and they are that natural wood.

Congratulations on you & Marcus’s wedding. I like the rounded corners for your programs/fans. For the table numbers try using some invisible/clear wiring putting a pin hole in the card stock so that way you can lower the numbers some. Everything else you are doing is wonderful.
Just wait to steam the table clothes I know it’ll be the day before but if you steam then ahead of time and then fold them back up it won’t last & maybe you should do an acrylic menu on the bar with your signature drinks that would be cute!!!

The rounded corners on the fans are so cute & adds character! I think leaving the bottom would make it look unfinished & have people wondering why they’re not the same, If a smaller rounder works better I’d definitely go that way! If not I’d leave them sharp.
I also think the table numbers are fine! Since you’ll have the flowers and candles in the background it doesn’t need to be flashy!
