Do you get the same precision on the 440 as you do on the other mills, since you are using rolled ballscrews vs ground ballscrews? Does it not make much difference due to the shorter travels?
+tafollaj Good question. The PCNC 440 is fundamentally a less rigid machine under load due to its smaller frame size. However, you are correct in stating that the shorter travel limits of the smaller machine will result in nearly comparable precision to the PCNC 770 under no load conditions.
Show us the Titanium cutting part. What's the accuracy difference between 440 and 770 if you cutting small part (coin size) for example.? Or what's the difference cutting that size part between 440 &770?
We don't exactly what material the slides are made out of, but our machines are capable of cutting any material, dependent on the feeds and speeds. Take a look at this video from NYC CNC: th-cam.com/video/KX_pqPdxusk/w-d-xo.html

+jayjdw The work travel is 10"(X) x 6.25"(Y) x 10"(Z), but the center of the tool can only reach the outside edge of that envelope, so you will have to subtract the diameter of the tool.
I would like to see an option for a larger spindle motor

What's the profile of the starter version? Could it fit through a door with a width of 30 inches?

Is the 440 good enough to work with 1911's slides or what do yo recommend?

can a larger more powerful spindle be put in to it ?
how much for it? Does it run 240volt 1 Phase? And Can I use it if u ship to Dinmark?

With its work table size does that mean I could cut into 10"x6"x4" thick aluminum ?

I want it!
Can this machine use 6 inch vise?for example kurtD688 vise
For optimal performance, we recommend a four inch vise.
Only 600W spindle?!..My small chinnese CNC has 400W spindle and it make one small part 3 hours..very slow 0.3mm every time
The PCNC 440 has no problem cutting through all sorts of material. Check this out: th-cam.com/video/xoQwxl2RewI/w-d-xo.html
What is the name of that song you used?
