Meen pollichath / ഒരു weekend കലാപരിപാടി

Kerala fish pollichath/ fried fish in banana leaf wrap is traditionally known as karimeen pollichathu . Here , we are trying this with another fish that is kili meen . We are going to wrap the fried fish in a banana leaf with a special masala kootu , and wrapped and keepig it for 10-15 minutes in a fiying pan . Wow the distinct smells of the fish and masala will have our mouth watering .
