Sitting in the local greasy spoon when the two-stroke sledders come in with their clothing smelling of burnt two-stroke oil. I can't breath in enough of that wonderful aroma. Heavenly.
Really enjoyed this one guys! You really went into specifics, and it seems you two keep each other honest Luke automatically ex plains his reasoning, and I feel makes AJ explain or go into detail of why he feels the way he does.. either way, Thank you for a Great informative Video! This is Why I started watching SnowTrax and look forward Every season to see your latest content definitely a five thumb up👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻☺️
Nice combo video. I have asked this question before but I will ask it again. These turbo 850 sleds are beyond great. Also very complex with the anti grenade engineering. What about a 1200 cc three cylinder normally aspirated fuel injected power valved two stroke? With modern engineering and materials it would be way lighter than the original "muscle sleds". 200 HP would be easy. Lets go !!
the breakdown and information really appreciated the info. Do you think the Ski Doo would handle better if the skis ran flat ? It's only using the front few inches of the ski and carbide. Turn one over after a few hundred miles and the rear of the ski is untouched. The Pilot S/L seems to be the only ski to run flat .Maybe a set of those or aftermarket skis would do better. Thanks
For the shootouts, I think it would be good to have another snowmobile as a reference. That would be a 15 year old machine as near equivalent as possible. That way you can point out how even a 3rd place category placing is still over a decade better than the snowmobiles in production today.
I think this would be a great concept for the Olympics. They should have a regular middle aged person do each event alongside the Olympians just so everyone can see how much better the real athletes are. 😆
I probably didn't state it that will in my OP@@snowtrax. The prospective, I think the progress that has happened over a 15 year time span can be easily overlooked. 3rd place comes across as such a loser, until it's compared to something years older.

That's the smell of winter right there.
I always leave a thumbs up
Got my first XCR last year best handling sled I ever owned 👍
I’d love to have any one of those sleds they are all awesome!

I gotta say that the front end handling of the Polaris xcr is even better when you add a pair of c n a skis

It would have been interesting to see Lynx on that 600 class comparison.
Hoping we will see the 600 RAVE Enduro in North America for 2025!!!
