I wanna share my experience with y'all, basically around 2:34:25 , the mods had started a bet where you could bet channel points on whether or not Jerma would make it to 10 points in the next attempt. Now, usually I do my best to assess how likely it is and then I make a bet accordingly, but the past few times when I've chosen to believe in Jerma, I've lost major. So I typed out "No way, I've learned my lesson" (but I misspelled lesson to Leson) and then a few seconds later, he read my comment out loud. I was laying in bed, sick and watching the stream, and I fired off that comment without even thinking, so imagine me, ill, in bed, not fully paying attention and then hearing him say my words back to me... I just about lost my mind! Haha! It's not really relevant to anything, but it was a wild moment for me, for sure! (Sorry I doubted you, king. But to be fair, he didn't make it to 10 points in the next round. So I would have lost again!)
Even just the first few minutes of this stream of jerma chatting explain why I love these streams - the equal amounts of chaos, jokes, seriousness, and interesting stories 😂

Ive only recently started consuming jerma a bunch more. And boy is his chat always like that?! I feel like they havent. Many people need to relax and enjoy jerma for him. Many people seemed super rude and inconsiderate even more then usuall. I definitely think the comunity needs to address it. The parasocial relationships are far to strong... jerma dosnt know you and the 1000s of other people who watch his streams. Ihonestlt think this is the reason hes trying different things because twitch chat has seemed super judgmental "why does your hair look like that? Why are you standing like that? Are you drunk?" Thats just not how you talk to anyone ever. Its really creepy and probably makes his experience obnoxious. No one wants to be in an environment like that to have "fun" its just invasive and negative.

Zoomers strive for attention by being hostile, cruel and irrational as possible and when confronted with concequences they call it cringe and triple down on their outrage. whole generation needs putting down if you ask me.
i follow him on twitch and ive tried watching streams live but the chat is just so exhausting, i will happily support his content as much as i can but i just cant with the chat, it feels like a room full of kindergartners all raising their hand and freaking out when the teacher doesnt call on them

I don't think he's bored, you'd be surprised how quiet a lot of people actually are when playing games, a lot of the jokes and jabber are part of a character streamers play to seem more inviting. Being 40 and relatively sedentary probably means he's also not super energetic all the time too, but if he's doing a stream of his fav franchise, it's likely at least a little fun.
lol I looked it up because it sounded just like him and yes Keith Silverstein AKA Zhongli VO is indeed the narrator who says "choo choo" and "big cheese" and what not.
I feel like he's been less goofy and intuitive for the last year or so. There's a huge difference between his current streams and those from pre-2021, perhaps he just feels less pressure to put on a show nowadays.
