- Are you working on your drywall and have you already built the substructure? The next step is to plan the stud wall with plasterboard. In this video we show you the double planking of a partition wall and the single planking of a wall with a corner and door frame. You will learn how to cut the panels correctly and process them in such a way that no cracks appear.

Hi guys) Good video, there is a question why you did not make a deviation from the floor, when the technology of installation of drywall indicates this?

@@KnaufAT möglicherweise sind Abstandshalter unten gemeint. Kommt unten eigentlich auch ein Dämmstreifen unter das UW Profil?

Gipsplatte muss nicht am Boden stehen, die Platte muss hängen und Zwischen Platte und Boden Mann muss 1cm lassen...
Hallo. Welche Schrauben nehmt für Gips auf Gips? Hat ihr die 2. Lage nur Gips auf Gips befestigt oder auch am Ständer verschraubt?
Dazu gibt es die Gips-in-Gips-Schraube TN 5,5x38 mm von Knauf. Die wird aber nur dann verwendet, wenn die Position der Unterkonstruktion nicht mehr eruiert werden kann (in der Sanierung). In der Regel wird auch die 2. Lage in den Ständer verschraubt.
Was für einen Zentrieraufsatz benutzt ihr bei 06:20 auf dem SChrauber?
Das ist ein handelsüblicher Bauschrauber. Zentrieraufsatz ist da schon drauf.
Im Baumarkt gibt es die Diamant-Platten mit 200x60 --> da der Ständerabstand 62,5 cm sein muss... muss ich die Platten dann Horizontal verlegen und entsprechend kürzen? Also auf 187,5 cm?
Ja, Diamant mit 60 cm Breite horizontal verlegen. Entweder kürzen oder engeren Achsabstand wählen (z.B. 50 cm). 62,5 cm ist der maximale Achsabstand.
Hallo. Bei allen anderen Videos zum Thema Beplankung die ich bisher gesehen habe, schafft man zwischen Fussboden und Gipskarton einen kleinen Spalt, indem man der Gibskartonplatte Plättchen unterlegt, die man nach dem Verschrauben wieder entfernt. Hier wurde das nicht gemacht. Weiss jemand, was besser ist, bzw. wo die Vor- und Nachteile liegen? Danke zum Voraus.
Sie haben recht, es sollte soweit mit der Platte vom Boden weg geblieben werden, dass der Anschluss dicht verschlossen werden kann. Das hätten wir zumindest dazu sagen können. Danke für den Hinweis.
Auf einem geraden Holzboden, wie im Video, werden aber keine großen Undichtigkeiten entstehen und die Minderung der Schalldämmung wird sich in Grenzen halten.

Man sollte Blättchen unterlegen weil die Gipskartonplatten arbeiten (sich ausdehnen). Zwecks Spielraum!! Bei fast allen Bauwerken bei denen sich 2 verschiedene Materialien "treffen" muss man einen kleinen Abstand lassen. Weil sich die verschiedenen Materialien unterschiedlich ausdehnen. Und später mit Silikon oder Acryl ausfüllen.
wie soll die Beweglichkeit der Decke funktionieren wenn oben verspachtelt wird. Durch Schneelast geht die Decke bei Dachstühlen nach unten und daher bräuchte man einen flexiblen Spalt oder bei 10..20mm Bewegung soger 1cm Luft mit z.B. Schattenfuge..?!
Sofern kein Brandschutz gefordert ist, kann eine Schattenfuge ausgeführt werden.

Ist das jetzt eine doppelt beplankte Wand? Nicht einfach beplankt oder? Frage für maurerprüfung

Dachschrägen kann man auch mehrfach beplanken. Unterkonstruktion ist erforderlich.
Wie kann ich eine doppelte Beplankung bei der Zarge Seite machen?

Man hätte noch erwähnen können das die schraubenabstände bei verschiedenen plankungs dicken (1-2.... mehr lagig) unterschiedlich sind
Stimmt. 25 cm erst bei letzter Lage, in den unteren Lagen 3-facher Schraubabstand.
