I spent about 4 hours tubing around the harbor this past Sunday. No luck. Not sure what I am doing wrong, it must be my retrieval. I am using swimbaits. Would love to have a day on the water and catch this many fish! I am new to ocean fishing.

I had a horrible day of fishing that day. Only 2 small barracuda at the bait barge and some annoying mackerel. At the end of your video, you can't really tell but I'm anchored by the rocks over by that restaurant. I had my 3 year old on the board as well. Let me know next time you guys are going out to the OC.
I'm fishing for bass and halibut, so I'm bouncing my bait off the bottom. Most of the time that means anywhere from six feet to 30 feet. Most So Cal harbors are around 15 ft deep pretty much everywhere.

It seems you only used plastic jig. Do you use any scent on it? I would love to be able to fish only jig.
