Yes, it’s available.
You said your all cards were not accepted by them then how did you got the entry . Whom to connect could you explain that . My friend had hdfc platina card which was acceptable in terminal 1 but they didn't allowed in terminal 2
You can ask for complimentary entry without any cost, if they agreed then you will be welcomed without any card.

Hi, you can go but you will get limited access in the airport. To enter inside you have to have a flight from T2 airport.

Physical boarding pass not required, you can show it in mobile also. No issues at all.

Hand bag, shoulder bag, carry bag sab ek hi Jesa count hote hain. For example aap yese samjhiye ki jo bag aap flight ke andar lekar ja rahe hain bo maximum 7 KG count hoga. Aap 2-3 bhi le ja sakte hain apke sath Flight ke andar but 7kg hona chahiye. And jo aap unko denge Jesé ki luggage bag apke bo 15 Kg max hona chahiye.

Kya mai shuttle bus use krke terminal 2 jaa skta hu just to explore?
Yes aap bo kar sakte ho. But normally BMTC buses terminal 1 bus stop pe rukenge and baha se aapko free bus mil jayega airport ka hi. Jo aapko 5 min main terminal 2 pahncha dega without any issues. So you can use that.
Terminal 2 se flight hai aur terminal 1 pe kiyu bus se utar diya. Waise terminal 1 se terminal 2 ander se ja sakte hai aur terminal 2 se terminal 1 pe aasakte hai.
Video pe clearly mentioned hai, kyun terminal 1 pe utarna hai and kaise terminal 2 ja sakte hai.
Terminal 2 ka distance kitna hai from terminal 1.

Sir direct terminal 2 par nhi ja sakte kya ?
As of now, from CITY there are no direct buses to terminal 2 but you can go to terminal 1 and use free airport bus to reach terminal 2. It’s only 5 mins distance.
Or else from City you can use cabs to directly reach terminal 2.
Bhai direct terminal 2 par nhi jaa sakte ?
As of now there is no direct connection by BMTC bus but anyways you can use Ola/Uber/Anyother cabs to reach terminal 2.
Or else if you are using BMTC bus, then come to terminal 1 and from there you will get free bus to terminal 2 which is almost 5 mins away.
I have flight from terminal 2 but can i use terminal 1lounge access
If you have flight from terminal 2 then you will not be allowed to enter in terminal 1 airport during initial entry point.
So you will not be able to use terminal 1 lounge as it’s inside the terminal 1 airport but terminal 2 is also having their lounge access so you can use that if you have flight from terminal 2 airport.

Web checkin agar ho chuka hai online then yes it’s free and agar aap web checkin bhi nahi kiye ho and directly airport pe checkin kar rahe ho to its chargeable. Hope it helps and I answered your question. Thanks
