How to make balloon pearls with 260 balloons! I used Sempertex Reflex Gold 260 balloons. 260 balloons are 2” by 60” when fully inflated, also known as twisty balloons. I show you 2 ways to add pearls to a balloon garland cluster. #balloons #howto #balloondecoration
