BIG Queen Snapper in the ISLANDS! Catch Clean Cook

In today's episode, We Ran across another one-night stay at OBB West End Bahamas. Met up with Harry, We were lucky enough to have some cooperating weather, started fishing, and caught some nice queen snappers for dinner, followed by high-speeding for a few wahoos. Shortly after, we ran back home to Jupiter Florida! Greeted by Anika for an amazing lunch, enjoy!

We have Queen Snappers dying of old age in our waters!! I was going to do a fish house in South Andros Bahamas and get a 40ft boat with about 6 electric reels for Snappers and Grouper fishing!! I would be rich with the fishing in our waters but I am now in Pompano Beach!

I went to the Bahamas Friday 3/8/24 for a one-day boys only fishing trip. While I was deep dropping, I caught 2 10lb queens at different times of the day.

I like the choice of knife you use to fillet your fish! Victorinox is the only knife I would use, I was a butcher for 28 years. Victorinox holds an edge longer than a Dexter , I know Victor likes those Dexter knives, sorry Victor ! Great content Adam!👍🏾🙌🏾

No. You need special very expensive permits to be able to commercial fish in Bahamian waters. My license only allow me to fish in the states. We eat what we can and give the rest away to close friends and family!
