The thing I hate the most about current McFarlane Toys figures are the face sculpts of real actors from movies, cause the faces of comic book figures, those look amazing but real actor faces are horrible. Is Todd McFarlane not paying the actors for their likeness or how can you explain why most of them don't look like them? JL's movie Aquaman, Superman, and now The Flash two Batman's, and The Flash look horrible. Did they become lazy or just don't care? how is it possible that the older McFarlane Toys line Movie Maniacs had better face scans done like from 15 years ago?

McFarlane Toys struggle so much with actor and actress likenesses and Michael Keaton is no different. I absolutely hate the head sculpt. I don't see Michael Keaton whatsoever. The paint application is horrid to say the least. McFarlane Toys do a good job when it comes to comic book characters, but not when it comes to figures that are based on actual actors or actresses. For $20, I don't expect a 100% accurate head sculpt, but the quality should be better. It's pretty obvious that McFarlane Toys are taking shortcuts by being lazy with their figure releases. Every figure in this wave is an easy pass as far as I'm concerned and this one is no different. At least, the review was enjoyable as always! Thanks Spot! God bless and stay safe!

I agree! It doesn’t look as bad as some of the pics I’ve seen. I haven’t been able to bring myself to open this figure. The face sculpt is decent enough to me from what I’m seeing on this video and in person.

Exactly. The amount of complaints online ans in toy groups is just insane and mostly trolls who complain about every release.
To me, it just doesn’t look like Keaton. Looks more like Billy Idol to me. That’s okay though…I’m fine skipping this one and leaving it on the shelf for someone who will enjoy it.
I still haven't found this and the masked version. If anyone knows where they are in stock for retail price let me know.

All cool stuff. But wish Keaton looked more like Keaton In both version. Even If have to pay a little more. And the bat wing could be (should be?(a lot cheaper for what it is. still exciting stuff
