It's not because of 5 star herta only all AOE characters are getting buffed in 3.2 with Tribbie. Additionally with the new relic set she would be able to get 80 crit rate with 250+ crit damage. Also as for the summon I did say it is not confirmed. There can be changes in her kit as well. The same way Ruan mei and Robin did. It's a minor changes like word "allies" . Well anyways we will see what happens as soon as 3.0 drops out.
Jade's snake doesn't have any action order... so it's not a summon that's for sure
