Hey thanks for featuring Idle Colony in your list! To keep your excitement high, a new trailer is coming very soon with the announcement of the release date.
Dinolords, Settlings, Earth of Oryn and Ascent of Ashes are the ones I'm most keen for. Been hanging for Dinorlords for ages. Reminds me of Dino Riders
Thx a lot for including Settlings in your list. Appreciate it a lot 💙 There are some big, hot news coming really really soon. I will write you a message with more info if you are interested in it 👍
I love city builders....but honestly...none of the games listed here sound interesting to me...guess if one want's to build massive cities the only option is CS or CS2...and even that doesn't allow to a city of more than a million people....
a city builder im looking forward to (not on your list) coming out on March 4th is Two Point Museum i loved the first two Two Point games cant wait to see how this one is!
@@kissiekat1505 Sure, you can categorise however you like personally. Most people don't regard those as city builders, though. That's why it's not on this list. He might put it on a different list - it's more a management simulator.
My problem: I have too many city builders as it is, and most of them feel and look better than these ones. Polismos has a good concept but looks rather plain; Pax Augusta (not on the list) looks and plays well but will probably take years before it will leave EA; and Anno 117 (also not on the list) is still something of a dark horse.
Me too. And the ones I already have I'm satisfied with. I was looking for the ones that have new and different gameplay features. There were a few that look potentially interesting...
The greatest city-building game of all time, in 2025 forward, and all the way back to 1960, is and has been, Workers & Resources. Comrade-Dictator Potato, according to his propaganda radio station, is the most benevolent dictator in history. I'll get back to work in the OP-144 factory, in the greatest city ever built, Potatograd, now. Please bring back the Workers & Resources series, Comrade. Thank you. 10-year subscriber.
Yep! Workers and Resources is definitely the greatest city builder of all time! Nothing else comes even close - just stamp-it-down-and-move-on city builders like City Skylines...I'm just not interested anymore. They need more depth.
@@fransmith3255 Comrade-Dictator Potato knows how to direct the activities of every industry, logistic, and sales, all while sometimes giving us heat in the wintertime. W&R is by far the best. I've been subscribed to Comrade since he was first assigned, as a KGB officer, undercover as a Prime-Minister of the UK, in Democracy 3, back in November 2014.
I’m sick of the ancient city builders! It’s time cities skylines had some competition in modern city sims… c’mon urban games, frontier, ubisoft and (god forbid) EA!

Thank you very much for adding Kaiserpunk in your great upcoming city building games list, we really appreciate it!🙂

Oh hey, thanks for covering our game Let Them Trade. We will announce way more soon :)
From the list, I'm looking forward to this one most. :-)
It sounds refreshingly different...
This one sounds really unique and interesting. 🙂
Nova Roma definitely looks interesting. Again, hope it works well on the Deck. Thanks OP.

Thanks for this list, I am looking forward to gameplay videos!
You should try Casino Resort Tower, I didn't see you mention it but it really fits your channel.
I love the yearly top upcoming games kind of videos , good job potato god
Great video! Really looking for a game similar to Caesar :)

Art (and name) reminds me of Lemmings (the puzzle game).
Try whims of gods - open testing in Nov
And you forgot Darfall!
It's city builder with rpg elements, with steam demo out now 💪
Great video! Thank you!
Fantasy Kingdom description reminded me of Thronefall a lot with the visuals of some sort of Gameboy Gen Pokemon Title.
added a few to the list thank you
Great video, some corkers here, shame I don't have time for city builders (he says as he starts a new factorio playthrough)
0:43 I've been part of that 23% "subscribed" for 10 years, Comrade.
The Whims of the Gods loooks interesting, but overall nice list

hav eyou lookd into Songs of Syx? It is pretty cool. Not for everyone. But i really like it.
For real man. These games feel dry af😂. Are only hope if EA make SimCity 6.
Try Workers and Resources: Soviet Republic
Pax augusta is really missing here, im very Hyped about ut ^^

It's not really a CITY builder, more a simulation...
@fransmith3255 well you're building like a certain type of building so I consider it a city builder

Isn't Anno coming out next year?
Thanks for the news...
But can you make a video about last two years tycoon / city building full releases?
Because all videos about early access...
Yes! Video coming soon :)
I’m interested in the one with the dinosaurs
FIFTY city builders?! Let me pause, and get some popcorn!!
sad to see you skipped Anno 117, which is slated for release next year
Plenty of games that interest me for sure, but my arachnophobia pushes me away from Edge Islands.
Most here are no city builders. But of so where is the best one like Anno?
I feel sorry for number 51.
50!? And BEST 50?? How many are there!

Maybe I am tired of City Builders. None of these excite me. I'll wait for Dragonscale Monastery, and keep playing Ostriv.
70% not subbed, youtube is really working to promote your videos.
That's actually quite high for TH-cam channels in general...
@@fransmith3255 Yes it is which is why I said youtube is working hard to promote his videos because they are adding that 70%
