Scalp and Neck Massage for Headache Relief - Acupressure [Unintentional ASMR]

- Hi everyone, how many of us get headaches at this time of year? It can be overindulgence, stress, booze(!), extremes of winter temperature and colds/bugs etc. While acupressure can’t work miracles, if you know it’s a stress or tension headache then this style of massage can really help to soothe aching muscles and encourage you to relax, breathe and start to feel a little better.
Remember to always check with your GP before a treatment if you have any ongoing conditions and ask a medical professional if you aren’t sure what’s causing your headache and/or it feels different to a standard tension headache. Look after yourself and have a lovely festive season!

This is really great. Thank you! Video suggestion: tips on how to improve the ambiance for an at home massage. Like if we wanted to treat our loved ones to a massage what do you recommend we do to try to make it a full spa experience. I’m thinking incense or candles.. but I’m kind of lost after that.

Is this massage good for migraine?
It can be but it would depend on what’s causing it & how your head would respond to touch as sometimes it wouldn’t help at all. Best seek medical advice if you want to be totally safe 👍🏻
