Campsite Review: Sugarloaf, St Lucia, KwaZulu Natal

Established in 1895, the St Lucia Game Reserve is the oldest conservation area situated within the iSimangaliso Wetland Park.

Two camping and caravan parks are available in the St Lucia Estuary area. Sugarloaf has 92 large shady campsites and Eden Park has 20 additional campsites which are only used in peak season. All campsites have access to modern ablution blocks with hot and cold water, flushing toilets, laundry and dishwashing facilities.

You did not mention, when there is load shedding, the running water also is cut off. This is a major problem. No water, no toilet, no shower, no dish washing...this does not need upgrading, it needs a whole new way of thinking!!
