This build is ACTUALLY genius. I remember about 4-5 years ago Shurelya's was SO STRONG that it was a core item on Vladimir and Veigar. No mythics means we can go for it again, specially with the stats it has now: AP, Haste, Movement speed and AOE ms for the team to engage after you with cage. This will be meta again i'm calling it.
