Lithium, I know you may not read this but these videos are so wonderful to watch and bring back old memories. Each of these videos and new duels tell me that you have an extensivly rich history with this game; you put your heart into these games and I love it. Keep playing man. You've given me a good reason not to quit the game.
@@messhk123 Classic DRulers isn't _that_ strong relative to PePe. Don't get me wrong, it's a really powerful deck, but its standard opening play was a first-turn Dracossack, which derived a lot of its power from the fact that non-destruction removal wasn't very common. PePe, meanwhile, had stuff like Castel, Ignister, and Cyber Dragon Infinity in its back pocket. Sometimes they could get Light and Darkness Dragon out, and that'd usually give PePe some issues, and if they managed to steal one of PePe's nastier monsters like Infinity through Big Eye, that'd give them a fighting chance. But frankly, I think the odds are good that PePe would just OTK them. As for Spellbooks... it ain't pretty. They've really only got a chance going first, since Shock Master basically ends them, and even then, it's going to be a game of protect-the-castle with Jowgen against a deck that actually does run decently strong Level 4s.
Lithium2300 will you upload a challenger deck that wins against all decks? would be funny if that happened xD btw nice video, now imagine if frog the jam was in that build, the deck would be tier 0 for sure xD
I really enjoy this series. It is nice seeing some of the legendary decks in action especially those that were a thing when I wasn't playing. Thank you for doing this and I am really grateful for all the hard work you do! Can we maybe see full powered spellbooks next please?

This FTK alone seems to be just sad. Not only can you potentially burn your opponent‚ but even had other options to play Flip Frog for the massive bounces or Fishborg for the Brio and other Synchro powerhouses. Too bad Fishborg won't be coming back anytime soon. :/ Anyways‚ great video Lithium. And I'm very looking forward to another segment of this.
Lithium has some of the highest quality content out of any yugituber out there. These other yugituber aren't even keeping up with the new cards and have 100k+ subs. Its blasphemy !
The degeneracy is strong in this one. The Frog OTK format happened just after I quit Yugioh to focus on school (the last time I recall attending my locals was Shining Darkness sneak peek). Then I came back, and started wondering why on earth Substitoad was banned. I'd never realised you could just keep tributing the things you summon to empty your whole deck.

The next challenger I'd love to see the infinite draws with Mind Master + Caam + the other gusto girl. The original Magical Explosion/Tempest Magician OTK, not to mention it was also used for guaranteed exodia. Mindmaster was literally the loop version of Substitoad.
Ah man I could have edited the Swap Frog script for you and sent it. I'd say next time let the fans know if you need a tweak like that made, but I don't know how you could do that without revealing the Challenger deck haha
Is there any deck Lithium2300 can't play to perfection? Seriously every deck you see massive combos playing the deck to near perfection. Lithium2300 no doubt best yugi-tuber by far
lithium, small update... The chaos form for blue eyes max is announced and another blue eyes monster was annouced also. I think its called deep eyes white dragon, check it out;)( The monster doesn't seem that great to me)
Veiler was printed in english the weekend of the wolds wich was won by frog ftk. There you could play sneak previevs and so. Sothere was no veiler vs frogs. Only hanewata and dd crow. And you could play around 1 crow. Not around 2 but the odds where realy low that they had 2.
Dragon Ruler full force, gishki ftk, hieratic gishki, Dark Matter Rulers, Nekroz Full force, synchron fusionist, and Pepe Full force. The only reason why i didnt say Spellbooks is because they have a tough match up going 2nd
Gosh that deck is so disgusting XD. It just dominated and destroyed 6 decks. I wasn't playing yu-gi-oh in this formate but I do remember seeing a duel online of it before. Thank you for giving some history about it and explaining how swap frog used to work and stuff. Also, I felt the hand destruction into double rescue rabbit was deserved salt XD

the 7th challenger should be Ocg full force chaosbanlist.dek and Ocg Pepe.dek... but due to the erratas and all, doubt that they can alter their effects at ygopro/devpro... mean wish they have the option doe.

Honestly, Substitoad might be one of the most poorly designed cards ever made. It's like, "hey, I can search anything in my archetype AND dump anything in my archetype to the Graveyard, neither of these effects are once per turn, and all I need to do it is to tribute one monster in a deck focused on swarming." Sure, Ronintoadin was what made the FTK possible, and Swap Frog was a major part of what made it consistent, but you could put Substitoad into any archetype and it would be stupidly overpowered.
well ... if you need any old versions of scripts like the one of Swap Frog you could just ask around ... there are scripters among your viewers, at least I'm sure I'm not the only one^^ if you want the old version of Swap Frog, open the script, then delete the line Duel.RegisterFlagEffect(tp,9126352,RESET_PHASE+PHASE_END,EFFECT_FLAG_OATH,1) (should be line 70) and delete "Duel.GetFlagEffect(tp,9126352)==0 and " (should be within line 66) that should do it, you are now able to bounce swap multiple times again (note: just to be safe, better make a backup before editing the script^^)

Before the errata, Dark Soul was able to search a monster for every time it was send to the graveyard (the same darksoul). So let's say I normal summon darksoul and synch with it, reborn it with gottoms E-cal, then synch again with the same dark soul. During the end phase, I could search 2x for the same darksoul... but eventually that got changed... =) Is that possible to implement? :/
