Chosen by the staff of selection, the savior, guarded by travelers from afar, shall reach the throne. The throne shall be claimed by a true king. Take up the bloodied crown. Let the six bells ring out like raging lightning, like grieving flame. Let them ring out, and forge a path for the true king. Let them ring out before the red calamity reaches us. Before the black disaster devours us living. Though we may not be the most diligent of folk, we are yet the free descendants of the fae. Lacking though our wishes be, all we desire is a brighter tomorrow.
It brought me Merlin when i thought that FGO was trolling me with a Nursery Rhyme after wasting 400 SQ and re-grinding 30 SQ as my last hope, ty very much.
Year 1 player saw he was in jp and told to save for him in a yt video that day onward i never rolled sq (save 1 30 bc atalante ce after 50 st nothing first on multi 😢)but i saved exactly 1000 sq when he dropped its my fgo story for merlin

That's why Merlin is my favorite Caster, and easily in my Top 5 favorite Fate characters period. His music really lets your mind rest, and really matches his character post-getting-trapped-in-avalon where he found peace.

Merlin came to me when I was desperately in need of a caster support. When I had only Hans and even before I had Waver. I still remember it was a Merlin and Siegfried's banner and somehow I was lucky to grab both of them np2. PS: this theme also plays when we meet Oberon for the first time!😅
