- Follow the journey of two brave souls as they return to battle it out in formats of the past. The rules: They must only use cards released up till that point and they must use the Limited/Restricted list that was in use at that time.

Chaos Emperor Dragon was always beyond broken. I will never understand wtf they were thinking when they released the card back then. That kind of effect would be strong in 2016, much less 2004...
yes but everyone wasn't nearly as good back then.

when i had this vid opened in another tab, i thought something was wrong with my computer once the music slowed down....lol...and then the screen began to collapse with all the cards...awesome intro and duel man...keep doing what you're doing...

As many as all of the cards in your deck, but at the end phase of your turn, you have to discard cards until you until have only five in your hand.
This and the DAD format are by far the best formats ever :D
I think DragonTaco7 is referring to the fact that even as an ignition effect, GalacticGod had the option to tribute it for its effect before Book of Moon was chained. In that case, it doesn't need to be a quick effect because he still should have had player priority to activate the ignition effect upon summon, paying the tribute cost, and never really giving book the chance to activate on it.

The effect of Chaos Emperor Dragon: Envoy of the End. Pay 1000 Lifepoints to send all card on the field and in each players' hand to the graveyard and inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each card sent to the graveyard

Chaos emporer dragon is still worth some bank, glad mine has stood the test of time and my adolescent ignorance when it came to caring for cards
Banish a light and dark to special summon, and you can pay 1,000 life points to destroy all cards on the field and both players discard their entire hand, and your opponent takes 300 damage for each card put into the graveyard by this effect. That's the gist of it, anyways. The actual wording might be different.

banlist 2004 != Priority Ruling ... This ruling wasn never determined by the banlist. It was simply another ruling between OCG and TCG, since we have both the same ruling everything is alright. I think Galactic God decided not to use Priority Ruling in his Duel Series.
