1) In comparison to European pageants, SASHES are already velcroed together so that the presentors will just place it over the winners/awardees instead of letting it hang-loose. I think all pageants should follow this sash procedures. To add, the presentors does not seem to know how to place the sash=its either backwards or placed in opposition. 2) The male ushers should have just stayed put instead of going back and forth which lacks efficiency. 3) The swimsuits was a disaster, a few ladies almost had a wardrobe malfunction with left breast almost poppin' out, e.g. California, Cebu (she seems unperturbed of the situation). Asymmetrical swimwear designs are not for everybody especially if you are well-endowed, long torso or thin.
