I love these perspective videos. They are so comforting. I love it when the hair falls in my face. I love that shade of lipstick. Running your fingers through the hair was really good. the mouth sounds really accentuated the tingles. The smiles and the relaxed facial expressions really helped. I almost fell asleep 3 times during the scratching. I got so many tingles from the nail on nail tapping. I love the affirmations its so good right before bed.
