Lester Sumrall only had to say, in the Name of Jesus, COME OUT!!! And that's all that was needed.
Actually...in the book of Acts, someone tried doing that same thing you posted and demons jumped into the men saying,"Jesus we know...Paul we know...but who are you???" And they were beaten silly. Your advice will hurt others if they accepted it... therefore hurting you. Plz re consider.

Well they obviously knew Pastor Sumrall. He was called into the ministry of deliverance and given the authority to carry it out.
Just listen what R Henderson is saying. If person doesn’t want to leave demonic thing, even he doesn’t like demon behind that, demon wil not leave. Dear Lester Sumrall said absolutely the same if you really know him. Dear John Bevere had asked LS to deliver him from addiction and nothing happend until he act, repent and resist demon himself.

That wasn't the case with the demons Jesus casted out. He never demanded any sort of repentance or contrition before casting them out. If He ever did, it was afterwards.

Yes that's probably true about most. But that is not an absolute, I have seen people who drool and cannot carry on a conversation and cannot even feed themselves. The man at the tomb who stripped himself naked in the torment and the pressure that he was in. Wasn't doing that because he controlled his circumstances, breaking chains wasn't something that was letting demons do through him they were doing it whether he wanted it done or not.
