dekho, 1. Sbhi college ke rules different hote hai
2. Kahi jana hai, you can go anywhere without permission and come back before hostel closing time.
3. Agar night ke liye bhar jana hai toh kuch colleges mei jaa skte ho without permission and kuch m parents se permission leke jaa skte ho, it depends but no need to worry
