💕Wow…soooo sweet!! So much variety. I think it’s cool that a lot of them are different from anything u have. Love the pink and green fabric. 😍Can’t wait to see how u use them ✨💗✨
Hi Sierra! So glad you love the fabric pack! That ivory fabric square is some sort of linen blend -- it was a sample piece for roman shades, I think? Funny you asked about sewing on jersey knits -- my mother in law and I were just having this convo last week! Some sewing machines have stitches that are for stretchable fabric -- it allows the thread to give. I haven't sewn knits but she (and my mom) have and they say this stitch is the key. I didn't sew the faux leather pieces. Got it a pack of fabric from a lady who made purses and tote bags. I figured they'd make great softcovers for journals!
What a great variety! Love the lime with black cats, and the quilt pieces/squares. Aww the woodland animals on black is adorable. You don’t technically need a serger for knits. Yes it’s faster and easier but you can just zigzag stitch the edges on a regular machine, and as long as it’s something you’re not going to wear on a regular basis, it should hold up pretty well. There’s always fraystop too, but if you were making something large or with lots of raw edges, it could be tedious to apply.
Ooooo I don’t know tbh. They would be washed a lot, so maybe not. I’d maybe make one pair as a trial, and use a small tight zigzag. See how they hold up after a few washings, then if they do we’ll make more?
What a fun variety of fabrics. My Mom was a quilter and I must have 5 boxes of fabric, I hope to find homes for it. I have a couple boxes full I'm keeping for myself. Somehow I got unsubbed from your channel but I'm back now and catching up on some missed videos. Hugs!
@@CouleeCraftCorner She did make quilts for our family. Now that she has passed I have some of her special quilts to share with family. We are blessed.

I wanted to make baby leggings. They don’t move a ton when they’re small. You think it would work? Haha
