oh definitely blushing from within! it looks so pretty! i tried this with one of my Miliani cream blushes, and some concealer on top since foundation irritates my skin and it looks so pretty! i def approve of this hack! ilysm!

It definetly depends on the colour and products if you are using full coverage foundation and really little light blush, it obviously wont wort

I literally always do this! Even with full coverage foundations. It started out because I was scared of cream and liquid blushes but now it is always in my routine 😉
This technique reminds me of the technique Geiko/Maiko used when applying their blush!!! They apply the pink blush on the center of their faces and cheeks, then apply the iconic white face paint after. Beautiful!!

I watched the bts of a vogue photoshoot where they did this! They used a deep maroon/berry color where people naturally blush. So natural and beautiful! 😍

This reminded me of a hack Wayne Goss showed years ago but the trick for his is using a red blush near the temples and use Bareminerals powder foundation over it to get that healthy glow (almost like when you've gone skiing)... it used to be my most favourite look to do in summer and I have to start it again now!

Sometimes those beauty guides do teach you a thing or two. Show techniques. The Anastasia rep showed me how to apply colors in their palettes and it clicked. I finally got a clue.
When I first saw this I was like "Woooah how's that gonna work😧" but I kept watching and it actually looks pretty good! I might try this myself next time I wear makeup but just a bit less!

This is a really good hack, as long as you DON'T HAVE acne prone skin!! I have a little bit of acne on my temples and tried out this hack... It looked really cute but definitely caused me to break out afterwards :'(
Yeah, its cute looking but my skin is so sensitive that i cant put any makeup on or touch my skin much, it sucks.

I do this all the time, I overload with cream blush underneath and then blend it out then I go in with my foundation, light coverage buildable and then concealer, then I put some powdered blush on top and it’s perfect

I have naturally red cheeks so I don’t need to put blush on as you can see it through the foundation but occasionally I’ll put my blush on underneath my foundation for that little pop

Ive always done my cream blush, contour and bronzer before my foundation and apply light layer of foundation to blend it into eachother... I never look cakey or anything. I also to my concealer b4 foundation and I only powder under eyes/lids/ brows, chin, middle forehead and just pat my poof over the rest to stop the sticking.

I been doing this like forever. But i use liquid cheek stain, let it dry the put sheer foundation on top, the quick drying ones so that it wont disturb the blush underneath. 😊
Ngl I've always done thing cause I'm so heavy handed with my blush without trying so I gave up years ago and did this instead to tone it down and realized it looked much better lol

I didn't realise my technique was a technique 😂 I just found it easier to blend my bad cream blush application when it was under everything else. Hate over blushing, I like the more natural glow I get this way
