I like the OLD Union Pacific Railroad TEN times better than today's massive system! I miss the massive steam and gas turbine locomotives, plus the vintage diesels.
I absolutely enjoyed the Union Pacific triple track video. I haven’t been through this way since 2004. Some of the route 30 highway took you trackside in the state of Nebraska.
Can you film the Union Pacific Sidney Sub, Laramie Sub, Rawlins Sub, and Evanston Sub, Salt Lake Sub, Provo Sub cause I might do this in 7 1/2 inch gauge.
Unfortunately, I'm not well aware of the train symbols used by Union Pacific. I know it's mostly a letter system, but combined with the little radio communications and the number of trains, it's difficult to be accurate.
My experience with running UP power was that not only did they need a washing on the outside, but on the inside as well and often some body work to patch up rust through (SD40s, SD60s, AC4400s).
I love the pride of Union Pacific. They haven't forgotten their over a century and a half heritage.

The Buttermilk Curve sequence captures the essence of the operation.
I had remembered passing it during my first trip out this way in 2009, but I never shot anything around it. It's easily my favorite spot!

I've done a portion of the Sydney Sub. I would like to do the Evanston Sub through Echo Canyon, but that might be a few years down the road.
What happened to the train symbols to go with every train?

For Heaven sake clean up your Corporate image. In other words washer locomotives!
