I don't think he is campaigning. The prophetehad visitors from the zanu of government and he talked about the bad roads and how they are beginning to look better. He also said that the people do not want suffering (kutambudzika) and he want the government to address that. He also wants the government to create a scenario whereby the people go to work and come back vakasununguka. He couldn't have been clearer that the people are expecting changes. Remember he is not a politician. Who is going to decide who to vote for based on Masvingo road being re-done and the border being renovated. Had he started to take on the issue of human rights abuse the visitors where not going to take his message to their seniors and remember what the government of Zimbabwe is capable of. He can even be banned from ministering.
