Ang pagkakaron ng mataas ng Marka sa academy ay Isang area lang,pero may mga pagkakataon na Ang topnotch graduates ay tinatalo na sa diskarte ng mga ordinary graduates lang sa actual service na.kaya may mga ordinary graduates na naging chief of staff pa kaysa no.1 sa klase.hindi sa palakasan ha.kundi sa overall performance na sa serbisyo.

Eb dj sila na magaling, bakit nadagdaganba buhah nila? Eb paaral naman sila ng taong bayan eh tapos mga kurap pa pag mga heneral na, huag silang magmalaki na graduate sila ng pma dahil taong bayan ang nag paaralsa kanila kaya gumawa naman sila ng kabutihan.

The ultimate goal sir/ma'am is to provide for their respective families, to succeed not just in the chosen profession but in life itself. Kung yumaman man po ang isang cavalier eh dahil yan sa pagsusumikap at matalinong paglalaan ng kanilang nagiging sahod o puhunan (investment). Hindi nman po pinagbabawal na maghangad ng magandang buhay pag nsa military service ka po sir/ma'am.
Pareho lang yan ng mga ACTIVISTS (kuno) na mga taga UP. Ang lalakas magsisigaw noon sa kalsada, ngayon mga millionaires na. e. g., ex. VP Jojo Binay! 😁😁😁

Kahit na sino pa ang topnotcher ng PMA, pag dating sa Col position to Star rank position ay gapangan na iyan sa taas (short for palakasan na iyan). So kahit iyong hindi top ng class basta malapit sa Prez, tiyak puedeng maging Chief of Staff. Ganoon din sa diff services, puedeng maging C-PA, C-PAF or FOIC. Sayang nawawala ng ang mga PMAers sa PNP at napapalitan na ng PNPA grads na puro panis. Sana maibalik sila sa PNP dahil hindi kaya ng PNPA grad mag-lead sa PNP dahil puro bopols. Marami akong kaibigan mg PMAers kaya alam ko ang palakaran.

Dati, ang promotion from colonel to brigadier general eh política na ang involved. I don't know if it's still the case now. Noon, maraming PMAers ang nag retire na colonel, specially during the Marcos years. Marami kasi noon ang mga overstaying generals sa taas.
