Im really considering picking this deck up now! Really loved watching these games and hearing your thoughts. Can we expect any more videos in the future, burn or no?
Im playing burn again a lot this month so I probably gonna make another compilation. Also, burn took a small popularity spike this month. If you look at the masterduelmeta site, there's one that got master 1 with a super budget list and they will post a video of their own aswell (I don't know where though).
The perfect moment to play this sort of approach, it seems, most of the decks one encounters up there do not flood the board with negates (at least not the ones that would affect this deck much) right now and this deck just wedges itself in the appropriate space in the meta to be more than just a nuisance.
Labrynth getting cook like this is so cathartic. I think at this point, burn could be considered anti meta, you're punishing spamming of monsters and hand advantage.
the effects of almost nobody running backrow removal lol. it does seem counterintuitive but going second is a good lightning storm counter, even if it seems risky. i dig it
This is amazing. I am sorry but I am tired of plays that the opponent takes like 15 mins to set up before they even battle or end turn. So this is perfect to spice up the day.
I tested an it still works for me. in any case, just head over to masterduelmeta website. and search for chain strike card and click it. It will give you decks that run it. many are very similar to this build.
9:32 - "They refuse to attack, smart" - No, that's not the reason they "refuse to attack". Read "Runick" Quick-Play Spell, they're the reason the player can't even declare an attack in their Battle Phase. Because they played "Runick Flashing Fire" to destroy your "Lord of the Heavenly Prison". "Runick Flashing Fire" has an effect that still applied until its owner's Battle Phase came up, then skipping it.
That’s why I love cards that punish you for over committing and summon a bunch of stuff like Just Desserts, secret barrel, and ceasefire. Even that continuous trap card You’re finished. Would you say gravedigger trap hole is another good card to play in the deck if you haven’t already?

I hate this deck, this deck is ruining the spicy winstreaknñ section of MDM, what's fun about this deck, I liked the video because the funny music but I don't like this deck at all, it's just stun gameplay but the other way around because instead of setting 5 to make your opponent either quit or deck out, you're setting 5 to kill opponent faster as possible. I know it's your first video, and I hope you can bring more interesting rogue decks instead this garbage deck, I'm sorry but that's how I feel.

the runick activation happened turn 4. then turn 5 is their BP skip (the UI shows it), turn 7 you can see them enter BP and not attack.

Yes I did. Plus if you go first, you are more susceptible to evenly match.
