And the silver roof house was £11.000 ($14.000).

No termites. No need for air conditioning. Cleaner inside air. Fire and earthquake resistant. This is stabilized rammed earth, meaning they''ve used some cement as a binder which holds it better during the raining season. Part of the Great Wall of China was built using rammed earth. What a great house.
